    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Yes they’re not great at all. I never got a PAC. So not sure where this has come from. I did say I will be leaving if this didn’t improve but haven’t done so as of yet.

    So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

    Not best happy with my @ThreeUK choices right now. Due for upgrade, but will hugely lose out on data, plus have to pay an upfront cost, for an equivalent if not lesser by comparison handset. Long term customer. That may change. Soon.

    @ThreeUKSupport I charged them using the power cord supplied. I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

    So, I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort my issue thanks to Lucas at the King Edward St store. Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK is absolutely the worst. Signal as been shocking for over 6 months and really expect me to believe that it will be sorted in 7 days! 😂 like I am going to believe that. Spent over half hour on the phone with them and expect me to pay over £1000 to cancel my contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport This was cancelled within 14 days of taking the contract. Been advised no charge and sent equipment back yet you have repeatedly sent bills and charges to our address and credit record. This is totally unacceptable and poor business practise.

    @ThreeUK not pleased that you tried to change my plan from £10pm to £22pm yet can get that same deal as a new customer for £16pm. Live chat were no help saying they could only get it to £18. Now have the hassle of moving to PAYG then getting my number transferred to the new SIM.
