    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Yes they’re not great at all. I never got a PAC. So not sure where this has come from. I did say I will be leaving if this didn’t improve but haven’t done so as of yet.

    Not best happy with my @ThreeUK choices right now. Due for upgrade, but will hugely lose out on data, plus have to pay an upfront cost, for an equivalent if not lesser by comparison handset. Long term customer. That may change. Soon.

    So, I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

    So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort my issue thanks to Lucas at the King Edward St store. Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport There was no confusion, just faulty products and badly trained, very rude staff. I have been with Three for over 10yrs and never dealt with the attitude that the St Stephens staff had

    @ThreeUKSupport I charged them using the power cord supplied. I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Sorry, but your issues aren't fixed. Unable to send/receive texts to/from other mobiles. Unable to receive texts from online services. Unable to make calls to other mobiles. Both our handsets have been restarted. Issues still persist.

    @ThreeUKSupport No it is not because I am not able to send texts. Clearly you need to start looking again. over 200 issues reported in last 40 mins to down detector all to do with SMS says its not as well
