So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

Not best happy with my @ThreeUK choices right now. Due for upgrade, but will hugely lose out on data, plus have to pay an upfront cost, for an equivalent if not lesser by comparison handset. Long term customer. That may change. Soon.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort my issue thanks to Lucas at the King Edward St store. Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

@ThreeUKSupport I charged them using the power cord supplied. I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

So, I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

@ThreeUKSupport my mum had a problem and she rang up and they said they will credit her account with £20 she got a text message to confirm this and she’s rang up today again because it’s never shown on her account, apparently this credit was never applied

I added the phone to my basket and it takes me to a link saying my basket is empty over 20x of trying. Then I tried again later to add the phone again and it added a stupid iPhone 12 ultra into my basket multiple times. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry Ali, this is not a postcode issue. They messed up sending a replacement SIM: claiming it has been activated (which I never received), they have deactivated my old SIM. So waiting for the new SIM. Funnily (not really) all this happened when I wanted to discuss an upgrade!
