    @Katiedev @ThreeUK I cancelled with Three years ago had trouble with canceling & got sick of the excuses , had same problems with Vodafone afterwards so 👋👋 . Been with EE for a while no issues with anything. 👍. X

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Yes they’re not great at all. I never got a PAC. So not sure where this has come from. I did say I will be leaving if this didn’t improve but haven’t done so as of yet.

    After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

    Love that @ThreeUK messed up my contract renewal. No email/text confirmation. Cant cancel. Cant honour what I initially requested. And will now cost me £5 a day until 10/9 for extra data. TYSM 🙏🏼🙏🏼 1.5hrs on the phone. Right laugh.

    So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

    @ThreeUKSupport I would not recommend using the Three+ app for their offers... I just used the £1 coffee network offer, went to my local coffee shop only to be told it was a scam and they'd never signed up to the offer and charged me full price coffee

    Three customers, this is wild! BE CAREFUL! I just got confirmation from a @ThreeUK agent that, if you buy a new phone abroad and transfer your SIM card to it, you will lose service until you get back to the UK. And they will only tell you this, of course, after 2 hours of pointless customer service by @ThreeUKSupport

    Just cancelled my contract @ThreeUK by the worst setup I’ve encountered, customer service is terrible. I have been with them for approx seven years and been incurring constant charges of £157 per week for last 3/4 weeks, only to be totally fobbed off and told on the last occasion it was justified. Haven’t been abroad. Calling the same people and same phone numbers only to be charged for “premium” numbers. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I have spent hours upon hours upon hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue amicably yet reaching no solution.

    @ThreeUK it’s been a ****** week and I can’t get into the three+ app! No there’s nothing wrong with my login details. This keeps ****** happening and I want my reward vouchers and I keep losing signal and it’s draining my battery. ****** sort your lives out!

    At this point, I have no idea what I'm paying my @ThreeUK bill for. I can't get a decent signal for ****. Trying to connect to listen to music/watch videos on my commute is near impossible. Video calls? Nah. Only time I get a signal is when I'm on wifi. Waste of money.

    @ThreeUKSupport can I get help reactivating my eSIM ? I activated it on my iphone, accidentally deleted the eSIM from my phone, and now I can’t get into the app or call customer service without a sim.
