Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@ThreeUKSupport Ch5 1an was just also at ch7 3ge where screenshot was 4g was good signal. Iphone xr latest ios 14.5.1 have done latest network update too. The speed isnt sufficient for what im paying and its not a new thing its been poor for a while now.
