    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    Note to self: don't ever, EVER go into a @ThreeUK store to do anything for any reason. Tried to get sensible help but no. Upgraded a contract based on concomitant bad advice & now learn the 14 day cooling off is not valid for in person contracts.

    @ThreeUK please fix your network it's been over two weeks Internet has gone. @Ofcom please intervene it's so unfair consumers pay and do not receive value for their money. Three UK, if it carries on I, would not renew my contract; I am sure there are others who are suffering. #UK
