@ThreeUKSupport i got the replacement sim when i called up three after i got my phone stolen a while ago and only got a replacement yesterday - i’ve tried taking it out and tried in another phone too and still no service

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing is working. I was told you were upgrading the 3 masts in the area. Has this happened? I want to know why your service is so slow please and what’s being done about it. I’ve been a loyal 3 customer for over 10 years and I only experience issues when away in Mablethorpe.

@ThreeUKSupport It was dropped and had moisture on the sim so not a manufacturing issue, definitely more a user error. We are abroad right now. Insurance unfortunately doesn’t cover mobiles.

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve tried taking the sim out but the phone still won’t work properly. It won’t allow Wi-Fi to be turned on with the option being greyed out and the phone shuts down randomly.
