    Managed to get thru a days work thanks to tethering my data terminal to @ThreeUK as @O2 can’t seem to fix the data issue. Massive thanks @ThreeUK for excellent customer service, guiding me thru the tethering process and ensuring it comes from data allowance so no extra charge!

    @ThreeUKSupport driving me crazy with data issues. Lately it's anywhere in public, and since yesterday morning no network even at home meaning I cannot work. I need a change of network, whenever I've reached out no help was given, only "restart your device" or "clear your data"🤦

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not paying nearly £200 for a couple of texts and 5 minutes of data...when your service did not even ref the possibilty of this, nor suggest I check for the specific countries I was visiting. It just said "your phone is set up to work abroad'. That is deeply misleading.

    @technical_three @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport You're right, there is no pleasing 10-year loyal customers when you take away their service with no notice, tell them it will be five years until it is back, offer to buy them off with a cheap 'comp' deal and then insult them online.

    @ThreeUKSupport I used your automated service for travelling abroad. I've just called it again and got the same response: "your phone is set up for travelling abroad". No caveats. No 'please check as different countries have different tariffs'. No further option to be put through to do so.

    @ThreeUK on to my THIRD day with no signal in south east London . No one has any idea when it will return. BEWARE IF YOURE THINKING OF JOINING THREE. No signal in London. Been offered £5 compensation. For three days without my phone for my business.
