Absolutely awful service π‘

Agreed to monthly contract on Monday, received confirmation email with the correct billing and delivery address stating it will be delivered on Wednesday. Money was taken from my account instantly 1/3

Hubby had chased the phone monday was told no 6th jan, asked them to listen to the calls and they called back today to confirm they had said 6th Dec. Then no offer of any help and the call was disconnected. No one called back. Cancelling all our contracts now
