    @ThreeUK the broadband is a pile of rubbish. Tech support useless. Want to charge us over £300 to cancel when the service is atrocious! I’m telling everyone to avoid 3!!!!

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport my 3G coverage seems to be pretty terrible most of the time, no matter if I reset my phone it may work occasionally.. the area doesn’t seem to be the problem could I have this looked in to please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Done the chat several times before. Complained. Phoned. Literally never spoken to anyone that has helped. @ItaloAli73 think you should just leave them.. Run out of ideas. Like banging your head against a brick wall. Cancel the payments and take it to the ombudsman

    @ThreeUKSupport have you noticed that your app keeps on asking for an address every time we use the app to recharge . It connects to some pathetic web page that keeps on asking for details even if its our account. I use @O2 @EE sims as well and I have no problems recharging these cards.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes got a 5G device samsung s21, can connect to o2 mast no problem, 5g setting is on, found out from a neighbour you are doing upgrade work to that mast is that correct amd when will it be finished please ?

    @ThreeUKSupport PAC but it failed partway through. Never generated the PAC but cancelled the contract she was then told she’d need a new SIM posted out and her old number would be on it, she was then told that it would take 2 days and the number would xfer. Then you have her old 2/3

    @ThreeUK Instead of giving away silly prizes perhaps you could resolve a x 4 month issue for someone who has been with you for over 10 years? We need a manager to call us not 100 customer service staff who pester us with x6 calls a day and do nothing to resolve issues

    I called @ThreeUK today to report a major breach of my number and my privacy. I couldn’t even get a reference number for my issue instead the phone agent said his name is sufficient & to call back for an update after 24 hours. #breach #securitybreach #GDPR
