    @ThreeUKSupport The error message received is one which means it can't find WiFi connection. (I spoke to my IT support) but obviously there is WiFi in the house as I am using it right now.

    @ThreeUK hey my wifi router will not allow me to connect to my work VPN (have been fine for a year until today) but will allow me to use other Internet functionality. Any clue why this is? Have exhausted all the tests and now I'm left confused as the router is definitely issue

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I wrote to the CEO #robertfinnegan and they emailed saying my concern was referred to customer complaints who are useless. Three is the worst.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Jen. My phone is currently using the WiFi to send this, am chatting on teams on laptop. But it will not connect to my work vpn, or my work telephone. Its not network as if I use 3 phone sim it's OK (not enough data on contract to stay on that though) must be router itself

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s crazy. Why should I be without data when I’m willing to pay for it? Why was I told I had no recourse to put in a complaint? Do we live in a jungle?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport "customer service" is laughable. Requested complaints procedure towards 2 agents, one currently has me on mute on the phone, one online for over an hour refuses. Sack the overseas centres.
