    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport hi guys. I’m in G1 2AF. Got signal, however data throughput is very very slow for major city centre location. I’ve just moved to Three from Vodafone and didn’t expect this. Can this be reported and escalated. Can’t find out how to get texts of issues.

    Received a faulty replacement from @ThreeUK after handing back my phone which was also faulty & only way to get one that works is to be without a phone for 10+ days 🥲 no customer service numbers also so wasting hours in a live chat with these useless people

    @ThreeUKSupport had no 5G home broadband for two days now - third (and longest) time in a month. You network checker says you're performing upgrages, please can you provide more information?
