I doubt the issue is my phone; I was recently travelling in Europe & the country I was in tested the alert and it showed up on both my phones, including the one that now didn’t ring. I’m sure we’ll hear from the UK press seeing as I wasn’t the only one.

@EverythingC64 @ThreeUK It might be your on an old 3G aerial or poor signal. Any LTE(4G) and 5G devices even without sims will alert. So will not work if you have wifi calling in a poor signal area. The mobile devices all went off even though they was showing wifi calling or lacking a sim.
