    @ThreeUKSupport hi three tried to request a replacement sim for my contract phone I got the Mrs because she lost the phone and doesn't have insurance for it so she just needed her sim number back but it got denied. Any chance you guys could help.

    Hi @ThreeUK. Having a truly shocking experience as a customer with an issue that's been ongoing for many months. Can you please give me the number of someone I can talk to in the UK? Very tired of poor lines to overseas call centres. Need to resolve this one way or another today.

    @ThreeUKSupport Full troubleshooting of the phone and the box, restart, hard reset, which we've done multiple times at this point. The moment we go far enough from the area, it's all fine. Support seems to say "no coverage checker problems", and to fault the devices but it's on anything mobile.
