    Appalling customer service by @ThreeUK, following deceitful practice over ending roaming for longstanding customers, ended in my getting out of contract 7 months early without charge. This is do-able. They make it hard via an avalanche of 'sludge' or incompetence. But do-able.

    @stargazer_synyx @ThreeUKSupport Did you get this fixed? Having the exact same issue. Worked for a few days then didn't work for 3 weeks just stuck on activating. Tech team phoned, did something, now stuck with this. They're phoning back today.

    Hi @ThreeUK. I am abroad in a £5 Go Roam location. I did not want to be charged so as soon as I landed & turned on my phone (for emergencies only) I turned off data. This took approx 2 seconds. I've been charged £5. Your customer services have advised I cannot complain as (1/n)
