@ThreeUK tried cancelling a contract after having two phone calls offering me upgrades, one hung up after telling them what I pay now and the other person I didn’t understand her and I don’t think she understood me. Want to cancel a contract that runs out next month

Dear @threeuk - I recently joined Three and the reception in the centre of Oxford is 4 bars of 4G, yet it is appallingly slow. Please, for the love of god, increase your bandwidth. I hoped that merging with Vodafone might have made your service better, but it’s still abysmal.

@ThreeUK have to be the worst mobile network ever. Regularly can't make calls, cut off mid call, no signal etc. Should be able to cancel a contract before its term if they can't fulfil their part of it
