    @ThreeUK poor customer service, had my phone for 3 months every month issues with my DD taking unortharised payments a week before my agreed date leaving me overdrawn and random payments of £40 now being taken! Do not go with Three! No regard for there customers

    @ThreeUKSupport No issues - are you sure? Coverage checker says otherwise, and has done so continuously for far too long: "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area". The number of poor speed test results, (with 4 bars of signal) over that time also says otherwise.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s extremely slow, less than 1Mbps, and very high ping both ways. I used to get 50+Mbps up until yesterday morning

    @ThreeUKSupport I just switched to Three Mobile. I live in North London N16. the signal is horrible and I can't see how I can use this as my telephone service. I've had better service in the backwoods of the so-called developing world. What's going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is down. No data on 4G or 5G. I am not alone, many of your service areas are offline. Are you going to enlighten us as to what the issue is? ...and WHEN it might be fixed?!
