    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK I am extremely disappointed and disheartened buy the service I have received in the past week, I have never known such a disfunctional customer service/complaints team. I am not proud to say I am a Three customer, I have spent 6-7 hours trying to resolve the issues! 🥴😵

    @ThreeUK your Internet speed is 3.5x faster than @virginmedia and I'm on their fastest package. I think cancellation of #virginmedia is on the cards unless they start providing a reliable service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Stephie, I do have an open complaint and after the call I checked the number and it looks like a genuine one. The issue is asking people to give their full password. It's really bad practice, as stated in your own blog. There is no way to verify who is on the other end.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been on phone to customer service every day since last Monday for >30mins to get sim activated. Each time told 100% will be done in 24hrs. It has not been. My contracting hrly rate is £80 which is best three email to send invoice to for lost time? 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry but I can’t be bothered for yet another drawn out conversation on the same issue. When my 4 contracts are up, I’m gone. It shouldn’t take this long to fix your own network.

    @ThreeUK I am waiting to place a claim for my free Galaxy watch! The details emailed to me where incorrect! have spoken to two different people who assured me the details would be sent via txt. Nothing has been received and the claim is running out of time!! Very poor service!!
