Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently it is possible to cancel today to avoid the next charge, but not possible to do a refund. Not ideal, but it is what it is. Clearly the parting ways should be as easy as signing up. I’m sure you agree Mark. Will follow up in 15 days anyways.

Hey @threeuk we left UK about a month ago and trying to leave Three as well (no need for a UK number in New Zealand). I’ve just been charged for the upcoming month via Direct Debit. I was hoping there is a way to just close my account. STAC and PAC stuff is confusing. Any help?
