    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

    Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

    Managed to get thru a days work thanks to tethering my data terminal to @ThreeUK as @O2 can’t seem to fix the data issue. Massive thanks @ThreeUK for excellent customer service, guiding me thru the tethering process and ensuring it comes from data allowance so no extra charge!

    @ThreeUK just ordered a SIM card from yourselves unfortunately, took ages to gett home postcode to work, had to faff to get it sorted, but never gave me a delivery address so now it’s going to be delivered somewhere I won’t be for weeks. Brilliant start... can we change this?
