    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    @ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

    Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sorted out the issue on the App, but I have been using the desktop site off and on for years. No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

    @swerytd @ThreeUKSupport My son hasn't had any schooling for 3 days now and we rely on the internet as you know. Here is east London (Stratford) it's happened numerous times and I'm fed up with the inconsistency of the service. @Ofcom should know about this how the company isn't playing ball.
