  • anthony_murphy1
Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUK making it real easy as an existing customer to upgrade. Two different early upgrade fees, two different tariff costs, and three different level of tariffs to choose from. My options couldn't be put on an email, and it's not online. How can I make an informed choice? 🤔

  • Geo1604
George Caulfield (@Geo1604) reported from Leyland, England

@ThreeUK why is your signal so shit time for a change I think

  • TheJamesBailey
Jim Bailey (@TheJamesBailey) reported from Bolton, England

@ThreeUKSupport The outcome of the chat was that he sent me a link to redownload. I ended the chat and uninstalled/reinstalled and still same issue. Software is allnup to date. I didn’t notice it was asking for a “dongle” number on my browser.

  • biggdazza
Darren (Greeny)🍒⚪️ (@biggdazza) reported from Wigan, England

@Bigabs10 @ThreeUK Cheers buddy just want no what's best network now

  • jfr_s
bradley (@jfr_s) reported from Bolton, England

@CPWTweets @ThreeUK I never suggested otherwise but I’d be checking why Three are telling all your customers that you are ripping people off and not to get a contract through yourselves.

  • andyjamesmorris
andrew morris (@andyjamesmorris) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport No she didn’t sacked it after 35 mins. Long story short her ex boyfriend has got the phone and changed password so she can’t cancel. She’s been paying for it so she wants to stop

  • northwineschool
Northern Wine School (@northwineschool) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

  • Bigglesdaf
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable

  • ChrisRyanPhotos
christopher james ryan photography (@ChrisRyanPhotos) reported from Bolton, England

@BBCBenThompson @ThreeUK @BBCBreakfast Yup been down since last night, I need my mobile network as its critical for work , no updates at all from three themselves it's beyond a joke now

  • Bigglesdaf
Andrew 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Why did none of our 3 phones receive the government emergency alert test today? The phone settings were correct but no alert was received

  • AdrianBeeby
Adrian H Beeby (@AdrianBeeby) reported from Chorley, England

@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

  • stestridge1984
Stephen (@stestridge1984) reported from Accrington, England

@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

  • Yettitabai
Yetti Tabai (@Yettitabai) reported from Bolton, England

@ThreeUK your customer service lines by phone, are inadequately trained. Spoken to about 4 advisors today and they are robotic in response. In store it’s more personal and they actually solve problems not just robotic answers. Something needs to change with your phone advisors!

    jamie woodcock (@jamiewoodcock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport appauled at the customer service recieved! 2 business lines blocked for the last 6 days 3admitted to data leaking my information to another business no contact from 3 when promised they would update on fraud investigation all the time my business is uncontactable

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • wearealienuk
    Brush My Teeth (@wearealienuk) reported

What on earth has been going on with your network today in TN2 it’s awful @ThreeUK

  • dan_upson
    Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

  • FoxRunTime
    fox  (@FoxRunTime) reported

@applemusic when @threeuk has bad service (always) this is not permission to randomly skip songs while they're buffering

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?

  • liarpoliticianz
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported

@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.

  • ronaldlangeveld
    Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
