    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!

    @ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying £34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

    @ThreeUK no service for calls or internet in BL8 or BL9 post codes, cannot make or receive calls, send texts or use internet although I have received a couple of texts from non iPhone friends those with iPhones are unable to text me!

    Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

    Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue was not with the link, the issue is that the advert is misleading and incorrect and takes you to a page where the price is not that advertised on the advert. I would like the unlimited data, calls and texts for £16 a year as stated in the advert shown above. @ASA_UK

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. It has been happening for the past few months, but intermittently. The past 2 days have been the worst (although it’s been fine this afternoon). Seems to just be my data, although I can’t be sure. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ll DM you my postcode.

    Yay! So, after starting porting me in on 7th Jan, on the 22nd my phone and broadband are both now working correctly - 15 days to do a 24 hour max job, and many hours of my time and patience spent trying to sort out your issues... well done #threeuk, #3UK... I'll leave that there.
