-
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable
-
Adrian H Beeby (@AdrianBeeby) reported from Chorley, England@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.
-
Jayenkai [JNK] (@Jayenkai) reported from Little Lever, England@ThreeUKSupport You'll never know how grateful I was to have that bit of contact. With Covid lockdown in full force, and no hospital visitors allowed, it was phone or nothing. I'm so glad my phone worked as expected. *distant ascii hugs*
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

Anthony Hacking (@Anthony_Hacking) reported from Blackburn, EnglandUpdated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

-
Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUK making it real easy as an existing customer to upgrade. Two different early upgrade fees, two different tariff costs, and three different level of tariffs to choose from. My options couldn't be put on an email, and it's not online. How can I make an informed choice? 🤔

Jim Bailey (@TheJamesBailey) reported from Bolton, England@ThreeUKSupport The outcome of the chat was that he sent me a link to redownload. -
Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUK maybe you social people can help as Tech Support couldn't. What's the difference between the 4G hub and the 4G+ hub for your home broadband? Also, why do you need a different set of masts to run the home broadband as opposed to standard phones? 🤔

Yetti Tabai (@Yettitabai) reported from Bolton, England@ThreeUK your customer service lines by phone, are inadequately trained. Spoken to about 4 advisors today and they are robotic in response. In store it’s more personal and they actually solve problems not just robotic answers. Something needs to change with your phone advisors!

Steve Burnley (@stevenfburnley) reportedHey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
