    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

    @ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

    @ThreeUK seems to be back down again this morning......no data yesterday morning for 3-4hrs and now the same again this morning!!! Grrrrr, come on sort this out! 1st world problems, but the 1st world functions on data and mobile internet!!!

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time we speak to someone at your company they tell us 'it'll be tomorrow'. Tomorrow always comes but never my phone. If it isn't received today we will just be cancelling all four contracts we have out with yourselves.

    I migrated to @ThreeUK a couple of years go and I’ve had nothing but problems with signal 😩 I called into a shop a while back and they told me to switch voice & data to 3G. It’s 2021, people are on 5G and I’m here waving my phone in the air for a bit of signal 🙄 please help!
