@ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@ThreeUK Yesterday yet again major issues with your company! you keep sending me messages I have used my data up and cut me off yet only used half what I pay for. Then your call center (****) somehow managed to screw up the phone via your instructions! So mad cancel my contract!
