@ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, because that will magically sort out the issue, no thanks. I’ve already made 3 so far, and none have been solved. I’ll be reversing the upgrade i made. I don’t want to be charged for something i don’t have physically in my hands, and only be told of delays after 3 complains

@ThreeUKSupport No, there was a power outage and both phones won't rejoin the network properly. They had been off for 24 hrs before we realised as they were using WiFi calling. Happened last time there was a network outage and had to have all network settings redone think that needs doing again
