    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

    @ThreeUK How do I contact you if I don't know the mobile number it relates to? I discovered to my horror that I'd been paying a tenner a month for 11 years for a dongle I don't use. I want to cancel but can't get beyond "enter your number" on the phone line.

    @ThreeUKSupport We still had a month left on contract. I asked in Oct if I would owe anything. Was told absolutely not fully paid up to debt collector. Never been in debt before. Cancelled in good faith no debt left. Today new debt collector. I owe £12.38 just under. Paid it now but not happy

    @ThreeUKSupport I have received the RATE ADVICE text messages on arrival. I have received messages from the UK. However if I try and send a message it says it cannot send. I have a Huawei P30 Pro. I have signal, connected to EXPO2020-Etisalat. Thanks!

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't get a new PAC code b/c (after a long twitter conversation with old/current/who knows provider) I need to call them, but you've blocked my phone from making outgoing calls. This is why it's taken so long to sort this out. If only I was employed to sort out issues or smthg..

    @ThreeUKSupport will you be forcing everyone on an old contract onto a new one so you don't have to provide old contracts with the Go Roam free anymore? My mum is on a rolling month contract and is being forced to take a new one where she won't get Go Roam free anymore. Crap.

    @ThreeUKSupport So far today: I've contacted Three chat, didn't help, got put through to Three customer complaints, didn't help, contacted Three twitter, didn't help, contacted EE twitter, advised to DM, DM'd EE, told to call EE, can't call EE because of Three. And that's just today.
