What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

What's the difference between the 4G hub and the 4G+ hub for your home broadband? Also, why do you need a different set of masts to run the home broadband as opposed to standard phones? 🤔

No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense 🤔 just daylight robbery

PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
