Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burnley and nearby locations:
  • Bigglesdaf Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable

  • haml87 Hamid (@haml87) reported from Bury, England

@JamesFrith @ThreeUK But James, it’s not random women. It’s Henry the 8th’s wives. What happened to them is horrible, no denying that, but people need to lighten up, including you! #threeadvert

  • Sully_TeamSteph Steve (@Sully_TeamSteph) reported from Sutton-in-Craven, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi, new customer to Payg to test and everything seems fine, tried to upgrade on line and they are sending me another sim. Is that right or have I messed it up. Thanks

  • Anthony_Hacking Anthony Hacking (@Anthony_Hacking) reported from Blackburn, England

Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

  • _MVTTP20 Matt (@_MVTTP20) reported from Cononley, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi guys, further to my tweets last month my phone is starting to have the No SIM issue again.

  • ZP796 zahra (@ZP796) reported from Blackburn, England

@ThreeUKSupport IPhone xs max 256gb . Well the roaming and the wuntu was keeping me a loyal customer for the past few years so I’d find a deal which would suit me as I didn’t like a change but guess this time its gonna have to be

  • Buentes Buentes (@Buentes) reported from Todmorden, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When will I get phone signal in the OL14 and HX7 area? Around 17 hours without any coverage @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • Buentes Buentes (@Buentes) reported from Todmorden, England

I’ve had no phone signal today. I’ve checked on the Three website and it says you’re “working on getting it fixed by 07 October 2018”. That’s completely unacceptable! I hope this month is free for the inconvenience. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • Bigglesdaf Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@jaxralph1992 @kemperman @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @chloehalladey @EE Indian call centre only problem with Three! They are rude, arrogant, obnoxious and lie persistently even when you record their conversation, if it’s not in a ‘script’ they abruptly hang up! And I’ve been with them since they started! But not sure I will stay at end of contract!

  • JODIEMASON96 JODIE MASON (@JODIEMASON96) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUK still wondering why your charging me an extra £1.56 a month? Got told I’d receive a letter on why, but... never received one.

  • peter_css_sales Peter Davis - Property Sales, Lancashire (@peter_css_sales) reported from Burnley, England

@funkymunkyuk02 @ThreeUK Joke. Been terrible all weekend.

  • peter_css_sales Peter Davis - Property Sales, Lancashire (@peter_css_sales) reported from Burnley, England

Anyone else getting really shite internet coverage on @ThreeUK this weekend? Absolutely terrible for me this weekend. Coverage is on and off constantly.

  • devvoasowt Louis (@devvoasowt) reported from Lower Darwen, England

@ThreeUKSupport A friend used my referral link yesterday but there were issues with your website not finding her address so she gave up and went in store (and had no problems). Is it still possible to claim for the Amazon vouchers for us both?

  • baloo_moon Henty (@baloo_moon) reported from Haslingden, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have a samsung t585 and the screen is black. Volume buttons work but nothing else. I’ve tried holding power and both vol buttons down, but no joy. Any ideas?

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • teammike Mike Ritchie (@teammike) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And I’m connected “our wait time is over 15 minutes”. I can’t even call back later because this is supposed to be linked to the last person I spoke to in customer relations. This is a joke. I’m happy that the upgrade has been sorted but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

  • teammike Mike Ritchie (@teammike) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So I eventually managed to get through to the customer relations team. The lady there was really helpful and has seemingly sorted things now. Back on hold waiting to get connected back to the upgrades team to process it all. Nearly 40 mins on the phone so far!

  • rachburke_ Lily Aldrin (@rachburke_) reported

Ridiculous customer service from @ThreeUK. Upgraded phone early as they said early upgrade would be waved, yet I can see it on my bill. Phoned them, was told it was their mistake and it would be waved. Yet again, it's on my bill. Now can't get in live chat or phone. Absolute joke

  • fredheymans LeFred (@fredheymans) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I have complained about it a couple of times over the years. And the response is generally temporary fixes on the user end. Why is three not taking actual measures to fix it on their end. An extra tower in the area might help🤔

  • NicolaBounds Nicola Bounds (@NicolaBounds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Day 4 with no network. And £5 credit and 'within 7 days' simply isn't good enough. Bye Bye Three.

  • HyamRaymond Raymond hyam (@HyamRaymond) reported

@ThreeUK why is the three network signal sooooo slow in the se1 area of London yours upset ray!!! 😥😥😢😢🌐

  • Premphoto Ed (@Premphoto) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to an advisor on Saturday who stated I might have no signal for up to 7 days. so far he has been correct

  • vipinjoshi97 Vipin joshi (@vipinjoshi97) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK anyone else having problems with their Three network this morning. No data or mobile network.

  • langerslangers Emma Hill (@langerslangers) reported

@Familoo Phew. This is good news. Public disorder avoided. For now. Im grumpy. I will be making cross phonecalls to @ThreeUK as no upgrade should take 5 days to start working! My teenager is making me grumpy as obviously it is within my control to have power over the network!

  • jbdabes JB ツ (@jbdabes) reported

@stupidfatlion @jacksoneroberts @ThreeUKSupport @AshleyEMercer HTTPS users can take advantage of HTTP/2 where available. HTTP users cannot due to browsers only supporting HTTP/2 with security. Also HTTPS supports service workers which can also add offline functionality, whereas HTTP does not. No advantages or excuse to use HTTP over HTTPS.
