  • TheJamesBailey Jim Bailey (@TheJamesBailey) reported from Chorley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not sure to be honest. It’s not like it’s the worst thing, butnit is an inconvenience, and it’s annoying that I don’t know why 😂 the mystery haunts me!

  • spanglysparkly Spangly (@spanglysparkly) reported from Blackburn, England

@ThreeUKSupport iPhone XR bb3 0DU and no can’t get on there either.... getting a bit fed up with the signal issues

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Preston, England

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

  • AdrianBeeby Adrian H Beeby (@AdrianBeeby) reported from Chorley, England

@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • simonnicholl Simon Nicholl (@simonnicholl) reported from Warton, England

Come on @ThreeUKSupport help me out, please.

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

  • chengy888 Danny Cheng (@chengy888) reported from Blackburn, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why have i just gone on the app to correct my direct debit details and it is in someone elses name and their account details? Data protection breach as i can see their billing details? Contactled live chat to be told noone can reply due to technical issue

  • thatprestonlad Benny Mc'Nally (@thatprestonlad) reported from Preston, England

@ThreeUK No problems so far my end even tho I'm in the effected area

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Preston, England

@ThreeUKSupport It was. But having never missed a payment in 15 years you’d think this would count for something. Clearly not.

  • monkey__nuts Rob (@monkey__nuts) reported from Southport, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have 3 separate contracts with Three. All still affected by the outage. All three have had their monthly tariffs increased in recent months, with only general satisfaction of service stopping me from switching them Please advise of a possible eta for a fix

  • bennydonagain Sam Donagain (@bennydonagain) reported from Blackburn, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

  • Dannymaddog Danny McKeown-Henshall (@Dannymaddog) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

@tatumsfluffer @ASA_UK @ThreeUK @Ofcom Yup - I have this thought all the time! Worst in London I have to say from the last 36 hours!

  • StacyMitchell2 Stacy Mitchell (@StacyMitchell2) reported

@ThreeUK It’s not open, your site is down. And deleting previous tweets with negative replies is pretty poor.

@ThreeUKSupport What's happening with eSIM's? All the new phones support it and yet you guys seem to be dragging your feet 🤔

  • TheByerleyTurk TheByerleyTurk (@TheByerleyTurk) reported

@LaurenMckeag @ThreeUK The customer service is a disgrace. I’m going to cancel ASAP

  • xjackhunterx Jack Hunter (@xjackhunterx) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No same old bloody story , generally the network is RUBBISH!!!! I call my partner all the time who is on 3 and it cuts out consistently on both ends ... its not the phone , its not the sim card it's the RUBBISH connection!!!!!!!!!

  • PhilipKurukgy Phil Kurukgy (@PhilipKurukgy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It’s not about signal but really poor 4G, speeds in 1-2mbps. Are you upgrading that mast to 5G because honestly speeds are shocking and I am regretting getting a 100GB contract when I can’t use that data

  • christopherw Chris Woods (@christopherw) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate it won't be symmetric, but 5G upload in areas of good reception without huge contention shouldn't be as low as 3 or even sub-1 megabit. I'd expect >=20-30 mbit/sec. Any slower causes noticeable throughout issues, what's the channel allocation like for 5G upload on 3?

  • TheeGrantos Grantos B (@TheeGrantos) reported

@ThreeUK Are you gonna support the watch though this is the real question?
