    @PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

    @AdrianAndreev @amyjones19 @ThreeUK 4G super voice or VoLET is based on a ‘band’, frequency from a cell tower. The tower needs it ‘switched on’ (network coverage will tell you) Adrian the page does for my postcode. That’s why 3 say they can’t activate it for you. Unfortunately mate

    Then when i was told I wouldn’t pay until i spoke to a manager. I was told @ThreeUK would pass my account to debt collectors. It is terrible customer service by @three and would recommend any other network
