Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

One of the reasons I was with @ThreeUK for years and will go back in heartbeat if they are the only carrier to offer this. Only reason I left was poor reception in my local area.

@ThreeUKSupport Daughters phoned and been on live chat. Not inserted in helping. Even had screen shots of 1 live chat saying would get refund. But never happened and 3 not interested. Worst company customer service ever and glad to be rid of them. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

@ThreeUKSupport Not connected, but my wife and I are experiencing several other issues when calling on @ThreeUK. Sometimes, when the call connects, you don't hear any sound at all. Also, sometimes, when the call connects, the call will fail after approximately 10 seconds.
