Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Warton and nearby locations:

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • Dannymaddog Danny McKeown-Henshall (@Dannymaddog) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Preston, England

@ThreeUKSupport It was. But having never missed a payment in 15 years you’d think this would count for something. Clearly not.

  • ndwilmer Neil (@ndwilmer) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

  • Sianh10 Sian (@Sianh10) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

  • GayRadioUK Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport been trying to call and chat for over 2 hours, just need to return my broadband as not getting speeds expected and within 14 day cooling off period, hope you can help.

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...

  • K_hardy1990 Karl (polar bear) (@K_hardy1990) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@ThreeUK Told you there was an issue @CH_Warrior89

  • willaur willaur (@willaur) reported from Preston, England

    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues today.?

  • GayRadioUK Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUK happy to take your money, not so happy to resolve any issues.

  • Dannymaddog Danny McKeown-Henshall (@Dannymaddog) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

@tatumsfluffer @ASA_UK @ThreeUK @Ofcom Yup - I have this thought all the time! Worst in London I have to say from the last 36 hours!

  • ImtiazAfridi777 اوپریدائ (@ImtiazAfridi777) reported from Preston, England

    @ThreeUK fix yourself ffs

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport the phone signal in central Blackpool is shocking today, every few minutes I am losing the ability to access the internet for it. Any particular reason or just another sign of your shambolic service?

  • runchubbyhubby chubbyhubby (@runchubbyhubby) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've lost all Internet connection since early morning in FY1 area. Checked for maintenance online and shows all good? But no Internet whatsoever. Is there a wider issue as no issues with my account?

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • GayRadioUK Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport @prene73 I’ve been cut off 3 times waited a total of three hours, they can take the money quickly but when you need help it’s a different matter. No excuse for cutting customers off.

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England

@elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England

@elondems @ThreeUK I find the network and prices are as good as anyone else, it’s simply the customer service side that lets them down time and time again.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RonanOnEmpty Ronan Quinn (@RonanOnEmpty) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What the hell is going on in BT15? My home WiFi signal is unusable no matter which band I use - 3G or 4G. One second it’s working with a speed of 8mbps and it’s struggling to reach 0.1 mbps the next second. Impossible when working from home.

  • BRDaemi Babak Daemi (@BRDaemi) reported

@ThreeUK hi, I have been trying to speak to someone this week, but the call has crashed during 3 times and not once has someone called back. Can you arrange a call to solve my issue?

  • abxnaa_ AP (@abxnaa_) reported

@ThreeUK is actually the worst phone network. every week they’re having issues kmt

  • katiieewhite Katie White (@katiieewhite) reported

@ThreeUKSupport please can you explain why so many three customers are getting one-ring scam calls from international numbers? What is your advice to deal with this? It’s been going on for several weeks now and if some support is not offered I will need to change provider.

  • TiffanyBabe01 TiffanyBabe01 (@TiffanyBabe01) reported

I need help for all you techy guys out there. I moved into a new house recently. I have no phone signal at all as it’s heavily insulated. I purchased a @ThreeUK WiFi dongle and it doesn’t work as can’t get signal in here. Any ideas? Most mobile networks don’t do signal boosters!

  • AnnetteHall4 Annette Hall (@AnnetteHall4) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I last spoke to you on 21st January, about 10 days after I was first promised I would be paid within 3-5 working days and about 9 months after my problems with three began. Very very poor customer service.

  • TmacMusic432Hz TmacMusic (@TmacMusic432Hz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport this is an absolute Joke! Service is **** again and no agents available for the last hour... I have a 3 day virtual event on from Friday till Sunday sessions on each day starting 5pm till 1am, worst part is, this is when my service goes to crap :/

  • JeremyLegat Jeremy Legat (@JeremyLegat) reported

Hi @ThreeUK — can you help please? Getting nowhere with your call centre trying to perform a basic credit check to set up another Three account, with the same bank details I’ve given to you on my previous account. Been told by 2 employees I’m giving the wrong account number (1/2)

  • GetMeAManager Don the Trumpet (@GetMeAManager) reported

@adamgreen295 @ThreeUKSupport So you didn't do it. Someone done it from your phone. Don't blame Three. Blame yourself or whoever done it on your phone. I worked in mobile industry in the past for over 20 years and never came across a single case like this where the customer was correct. None.

  • almcfadyen Alistair McFadyen 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@almcfadyen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport am I the only person having issues with the website? Trying to login, the number field is read-only. Trying to change passwords results in error - my3auth.text.generic.error. These happen regardless of browser and after browser history cleared- what's up?
