    @SarahRedsky @rosesandbricks @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @pepperbackfish @BBCWatchdog @O2 do have a "charge to bill bar" which can be applied to Consumer accounts (not to business accounts) effective against #payforitscams. They don't normally refund victims and have same cavalier attitude as @ThreeUK. @EE are the only network to offer real protection.

    @ThreeUKSupport just received message re end of support for InTouch app. This was major factor in recent move to three as poor signal at home but fine elsewhere. don't have compatible phone

    @jlandpartners @AppleSupport I started to believe now that the quality of Apple devices sold by JL is questionable. When I was buying iPhone for my wife JL partner dropped box on the floor and offered it to me. Refused. I have iPhone from @ThreeUK and no issues at all. 2 of 2
