    @ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough

    @ThreeUKSupport No everything's fine at home. The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.

    @ThreeUKSupport Only after an hour when i escalated as complaint did it get sorted. call operators should have been able to fix without escalation. Even so I’ve had to cancel DD, pay by card and set up a new DD all for something that’s not my fault. Still considering cancelling with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I did. Knowing it would make no difference. It made no difference. It's slow. 72kbps downstream. Peak is 78kbps. That's the fastest rate from three phones on different Three accounts. It's been like this for 3 days. Abysmal. @ofgem

    @ThreeUKSupport HELL no, I’ve spoken to three different people on there and it was the so called ‘manager’ that told me that. So I’ll just open a bad Ofcom complaint and go shout at the guys in store instead. 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty B The problem with the staff I spoke to was they just kept telling what a good plan it was i had chosen, I found it difficult to get my point across as he just kept speaking over me he said there was a problem for my 2nd account in my wifes name and could not rectify

    @ThreeUKSupport Ummmm ... no. More consistent but not stronger. And this isn't a problem switching between the two or low signal strength, it's capacity.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had zero signal the whole time I was there. No 3G or 4G (device is Google Pixel 2). Almost no signal at Crowthorne station too. It was a large patch without Three. I had a little bit of signal at Heath Lake nearby. Scanning for networks showed 3, but just couldn't connect.

    Complaining to @ThreeUK got my contract slashed by 20% permanently for the remainder of my contract which is nice I guess. Still switching when its up though cause a discount don't improve the poor service in Central London due to 'congestion'
