    Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 3 separate contracts with Three. All still affected by the outage. All three have had their monthly tariffs increased in recent months, with only general satisfaction of service stopping me from switching them Please advise of a possible eta for a fix

    @ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough

    @MikePhillips50 @Jason__Guest @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @PSAuthorityUK There's no harm in doing both. I've even had a few consumers make a profit out of these scams by getting a refund from the scam company AND the network! You have to be very persistent though. Legally, you best claim is against ModoMobi.

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't worry. Turns out it was some idiot/criminal in your Newcastle store (150 miles away) who cancelled my SIM and gave a replacement SIM to somebody who isn't me. Swapped the SIM back to the real me now.
