@ThreeUKSupport No everything's fine at home. The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.

@ThreeUKSupport It an iPhone 6s and postcode area DE24 (most of that area my signal is in and out) been with 3 many years and this is the worse I’ve experienced with the signal

@RuthS_56 @ThreeUK Threes deal is £13 for the first six months and £26 a month after that so even at full price I’m now saving over a tenner a month on broadband alone. Virgin told me I wouldn’t get the speed but I’ve never yet had the speed they advertise anyway

@ThreeUKSupport I've explained what happened. I cancelled an upgrade, so I didn't pick the phone that came with it like 3 told me, and cause the phone hasn't appear (not my fault) you applied the cancellation fee (WTF I CANCELLED it within a day) and want me to pay almost 600£. Outrageous.
