Neil (@ndwilmer) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Preston, England@ThreeUKSupport It was. But having never missed a payment in 15 years you’d think this would count for something. Clearly not.
-
Luke (@LukeBaron82) reported from South Shore, EnglandSeriously can’t wait until my @ThreeUK contract is up, nothing but issues with the data. Bring on @EE !! #EE #ThreeUK
-
Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.
-
Anne-Marie Bashford (@AnneBashford86) reported from Preston, England@GaffaTV @ThreeUK Same where I am too, can get three signal on my tablet but not my phone. Both on three
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.
-
Karl (polar bear) (@K_hardy1990) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@ThreeUK Told you there was an issue @CH_Warrior89
-
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England@elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...
-
Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUK happy to take your money, not so happy to resolve any issues.
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England@elondems @ThreeUK I find the network and prices are as good as anyone else, it’s simply the customer service side that lets them down time and time again.
-
Craig Cooke (@craigocliff) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUK You are seriously starting to irritate me now. You have the wrong details for me and you're overcharging me. Customer services won't speak to me because I can't verify my account because you have the wrong date of birth listed. Please can someone call me before ombudsman
-
Anne-Marie Bashford (@AnneBashford86) reported from Preston, England@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport any idea when calls, texts and mobile Internet will be back?? Been down since 6:10am...

Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport If I thought it would improve anything I would do, but it never does. I’ll just avoid them as much as I can, and communicate with you guys via here or a local 3 store instead if I need help. Thanks though
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down
-
Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport been trying to call and chat for over 2 hours, just need to return my broadband as not getting speeds expected and within 14 day cooling off period, hope you can help.

-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
f (@bread_bread5) reported@ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you
-
Donia Alqomlas (@DAlqomlas) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Need help i payed 40 pound to my sim but still not activate what should i do to return my number that i used it more than 10 years
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reportedso @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.
-
Ailsa (@Ailsa56202286) reportedHas anyone EVER been able to get through to a human when calling @ThreeUK got a problem ? Here’s a bot - problem not solved ? Hang up - go to the app? Bot - how are we accepting this as customer service ??
-
Matt🦻 (@Matts_Tweeting) reportedterrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
