Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England@elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Preston, England@ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down
-
chubbyhubby (@runchubbyhubby) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've lost all Internet connection since early morning in FY1 area. Checked for maintenance online and shows all good? But no Internet whatsoever. Is there a wider issue as no issues with my account?
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England@elondems @ThreeUK I find the network and prices are as good as anyone else, it’s simply the customer service side that lets them down time and time again.
-

-
Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport @prene73 I’ve been cut off 3 times waited a total of three hours, they can take the money quickly but when you need help it’s a different matter. No excuse for cutting customers off.

Rob (@monkey__nuts) reported from Southport, England@ThreeUKSupport I have 3 separate contracts with Three. All still affected by the outage. All three have had their monthly tariffs increased in recent months, with only general satisfaction of service stopping me from switching them Please advise of a possible eta for a fix
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...
-
Karl (polar bear) (@K_hardy1990) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@ThreeUK Told you there was an issue @CH_Warrior89
-
Craig Cooke (@craigocliff) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUK You are seriously starting to irritate me now. You have the wrong details for me and you're overcharging me. Customer services won't speak to me because I can't verify my account because you have the wrong date of birth listed. Please can someone call me before ombudsman
-

Fish (@Bill_63) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Most leavers are stupid. Here's why.
-
Mark (@_notnehs) reported from Blackpool, England@bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.
-
Neil (@ndwilmer) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider
-
Debbieterras (@Debbieterras) reported from South Shore, England@ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport the phone signal in central Blackpool is shocking today, every few minutes I am losing the ability to access the internet for it. Any particular reason or just another sign of your shambolic service?

JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reported@ThreeUK why do I get calls everyday from +44 20 3504 5286 just one of the numbers asking me about if I’m satisfies with your network?
-
Ariel Online (@justarieldotcom) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
