@ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

  • _notnehs
Mark (@_notnehs) reported from Blackpool, England

@bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

  • GayRadioUK
Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport @prene73 I’ve been cut off 3 times waited a total of three hours, they can take the money quickly but when you need help it’s a different matter. No excuse for cutting customers off.

  • ndwilmer
Neil (@ndwilmer) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

  • GayRadioUK

@ThreeUK happy to take your money, not so happy to resolve any issues.

  • stuartcormie
Stuart Cormie (@stuartcormie) reported from South Shore, England

@ThreeUKSupport No everything's fine at home. The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.

  • GayToryJon
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

  • dave6018
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • willaur
willaur (@willaur) reported from Preston, England

    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues today.?

  • Debbieterras
Debbieterras (@Debbieterras) reported from South Shore, England

@ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough

  • GayToryJon
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport the phone signal in central Blackpool is shocking today, every few minutes I am losing the ability to access the internet for it. Any particular reason or just another sign of your shambolic service?

  • GayToryJon
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from South Shore, England

@elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...

  • AnneBashford86
Anne-Marie Bashford (@AnneBashford86) reported from Preston, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport any idea when calls, texts and mobile Internet will be back?? Been down since 6:10am...

  • dave6018
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • GayRadioUK
Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport been trying to call and chat for over 2 hours, just need to return my broadband as not getting speeds expected and within 14 day cooling off period, hope you can help.

  • alxarchie400
Archie. (@alxarchie400) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

  • bardne53756
    Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported

@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

  • birminghamandy
    AndrewBirmingham (@birminghamandy) reported

@VictoriaHa50399 Probably @vodafone again, all of Europe should stop using them because basically if you're a VF or @ThreeUK customer then YOUR contract is paying to give these ******* free phones, starve them of the revenue to do so.

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • KadeRivers70195
    Kade Rivers (@KadeRivers70195) reported

@MattCon90191238 @ThreeUK you look old enough to understand the phrase "cutting your nose off to spite your face" download the ******* app you utter melt. if thats what is required to get things done do what needs to be done, man ******** up. whining on X like a menopausal fishwife! EMBARRESMENT

  • keanie14
    David McKean (@keanie14) reported

@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.
