Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.

I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.
