    Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @ThreeUK You are seriously starting to irritate me now. You have the wrong details for me and you're overcharging me. Customer services won't speak to me because I can't verify my account because you have the wrong date of birth listed. Please can someone call me before ombudsman

    @ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough

    @ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 3 separate contracts with Three. All still affected by the outage. All three have had their monthly tariffs increased in recent months, with only general satisfaction of service stopping me from switching them Please advise of a possible eta for a fix

    @ThreeUKSupport No everything's fine at home. The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @ThreeUKSupport I had it it go away after I just reset my phone but the issue on my 12 Pro Max never happened on this before or ever on any phone. I never usually can troubleshoot something so easy. I'm in G20 8PB, but your site showed nothing wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi still having problems with home 5G broadband dropping out periodically. Have restarted router many times. Any idea when this will be fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport Is there congestion cause there’s an issue with the network or is there more data usage than normal? Cause if it’ll be better by next week that suggests that you’re trying to fix something? That’s sounds utter nonsense

    @ThreeUKSupport we are now on at least day 4 of the rolling outages. Can you at least put a message SOMEWHERE (Twitter, website) explaining what the issue is and at least acknowledging it? Even if you didn’t sugar coat it and said how long it could take, that at least is more...
