Gay Radio UK (@GayRadioUK) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport @prene73 I’ve been cut off 3 times waited a total of three hours, they can take the money quickly but when you need help it’s a different matter. No excuse for cutting customers off.
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport If I thought it would improve anything I would do, but it never does. I’ll just avoid them as much as I can, and communicate with you guys via here or a local 3 store instead if I need help. Thanks though
-
Benny Mc'Nally (@thatprestonlad) reported from Preston, England@ThreeUK No problems so far my end even tho I'm in the effected area
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long
-
Stuart Cormie (@stuartcormie) reported from South Shore, England@ThreeUKSupport No everything's fine at home. The problem is away from home - only a couple of places but ones I spend a fair amount of time in. As I said in my previous reply, it's important that I can be contactable at all times currently.
-
Mark (@_notnehs) reported from Blackpool, England@bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.
-
Debbieterras (@Debbieterras) reported from South Shore, England@ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough
-

-
Craig Cooke (@craigocliff) reported from Blackpool, EnglandAny one else has a problem with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having the wrong information held on account then not talking to you because you can't verify the account details 😠😠😠
-
🅁🅈🄰🄽 (@SoberGinge92) reported from Blackpool, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi I need to change my payment day for my mobile WiFi from the 3rd to the 21st can you please help me with this?
-
Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.
-
RED UNTIL DEAD🔞 (@REPUBLICAMUFC) reported from Fleetwood, England@ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam right you pair of jokers. Please explain to me why I spend nearly £300 pounds a month to have an exceptionally poor internet on both my devices and my mobile data. I’m seriously getting pissed off with this. Sort your **** out in my area Ffs
-
Danny McKeown-Henshall (@Dannymaddog) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌
-
Fish (@Bill_63) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Most leavers are stupid. Here's why.

Mike (@LajomC) reportedHello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport
-
Cookie (@jamescookdev) reportedWhy is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
LottageLady (@Lottagelady11) reported@ThreeUK Please can you tell me if something has changed - are you using a different network than you were? Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
zaf (@zaffyzak) reportedWow just when I thought Giffgaff had the worst network signal, @ThreeUK came to dethrone them. Genuinely what ******** is wrong with you all
-
David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reported@ThreeUKSupport .....1700hrs yet again your network has failed us bt54 area, no calls, no texts, no data.....
-
ThEUnReaLWuN (@ThEUnReaLWuN) reportedAfter being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!
