    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

    @ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

    @brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

    @ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...

    @elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...

    @ThreeUKSupport 18th Jan he has lost signal on his phone. When he tried to ring his number from another device Vodafone voice mail rather than three voice mail was activated.

    @ThreeUKSupport Connected to a chat & they asked me to call 08000338013 when I am not able to many any outgoing call 🤪 my friend called and connected through conference for 1 hour same old story we have found the problem it will be resolved it 48 hours in the last 12 days u had many 48 hours

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, when I call Three support, I tend to get cut off at some pt during the call.I called to get a PAC code. Apparently because I told them I didn't want to continue my contract (which was ending on 28th Jan), they can't give me a PAC code without cancelling my cancellation

    @ThreeUKSupport He has. He has been told yesterday that his number will be back with him at 10:00 today. He was told this 50hrs ago. Today when he tried to contact support he has been transferred 5 times to different operators for an hour until he gave up and raised complaint.
