@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@ThreeUK Why roll out in cities where people don’t even notice they are on 5G? Why not upgrade masts in rural areas. I would pay a LOT for a stable 5G home broadband service and it would REALLY make a difference!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, yes the incident took place 1st December and was reported on 3rd December after a £99 charge in the 3 app. Offshore cust service asked for him to wait for his bill to be generated on 23rd December which is ridiculous. He's not had a call back since and constantly chasing
