@RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I called to cancel one of my contracts in March 2020, they told me after 30 days it would be cancelled. I have now had a text message asking for an overdue payment for this number. How do I contact Three and speak to somebody as the live chat is not working

@MattyLeeT18 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Whats annoying is that they haven't even got in touch with me saying sorry or they'd like their device back, they'll get it back no problem as I don't want it juat give me a package to put it in. They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

@ThreeUKSupport your customer service is awful. I’m trying to change my bank details & I have forgotten my password so I can’t even log in. And it won’t even LET ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD because when I do try it says “error page” and I can’t even CALL you because you LOCKED my phone

Curious why @ThreeUK need me to call them to get a refund when other phone companies send you a cheque with the letter saying you’re in credit. Not very good customer service.

Finally got my code and guess what, sold out! Ticketmaster tried to sneak September 2023 tickets in, which I nearly accidentally bought because it wasn’t clear they weren’t for the December show I was looking at. Terrible from both @ThreeUK and @TicketmasterUK

Well all @O2 customer bet you wish you had signed up with @ThreeUK , at least you can go through @Ticketmaster with three for #peterkay tickets, the #o2 priority app/website has been Down since 9am, even I would consider going back to three if I could get two tickets

Ok so @ThreeUK does broadband in theory and it’s cheap. But the new modems only connects to 4G so in our case we’re left using our old device and sim. And don’t just don’t ever, ever try to talk to someone in their customer service department…
