    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, however the reason I’ve messaged on here is I tried calling 4 times yesterday & the call went silent your side & I had to hang up. I went on the chat & they told me the home broadband team didn’t use it so I had to call. Round in circles, but I’ll try again.

    Contacted @ThreeUKSupport via Live Chat due to appalling service for the past two weeks. Told issue will be fixed on 02/09. Still expecting me to pay for the contract in full for a week's usage then have the nerve to try and connect me to sales for "Great New Deals". Piss take.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s what I’m saying, your process is poor and outdated. You have my bank account details from when I was paying you, you could use them. Or you could send a cheque. Why should I have to go out of my way to call you to get my money back? It’s really poor customer service.

    Curious why @ThreeUK need me to call them to get a refund when other phone companies send you a cheque with the letter saying you’re in credit. Not very good customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Peter, this is on my broadband router, I have now Manufacture reset it 10 times this year. It’s working well today gets the same speed as my phone. But many days over a month my phone can get 80 down the router 2 down sat on the same shelf.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sorted out the issue on the App, but I have been using the desktop site off and on for years. No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

    @RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

    @ThreeUK why as an existing customer, I spend an hour on the phone trying to change my address and open a new contract, get credit checked and supply bank details for no mobile to arrive and once I finally get through to your call centre in India, neither has been actioned.

    @ThreeUK have easliy the worst customer support ive ever experienced. they have taken my money and not provided the service ive paid for and now on there online live chat the guy is telling me he cant do anything and giving me numbers i already know lead back to where i am.

    @richardsmith120 @amyjones19 @ThreeUK And still with brand new phone, SIM which was activated a month ago. I still receive 3 to 5 Megabits on a good day. On a bad one 0.5 down is most i could receive. Support can't do anything, and the tech never say what's the bloody problem. Only comments are congestion or new sim.

    @richardsmith120 @amyjones19 @ThreeUK Network is good when you have masts around you. But when you don't it's really problematic. After 2 years of complaining, and no MAJOR improvement. I have decided to leave them. In the area I live, and in general around Manchester I can't get good speeds. Changed the phone even.

    @ThreeUKSupport CB24 5UR. Ever since we got 4G here the 3G signal has been terrible. We used to get a full signal on all phones in the house but now the rest of the family have virtually zero signal indoors.
