    @ThreeUKSupport good morning, I called on Monday to cancel a mobile broadband router contract I had had delivered on Saturday. Was told I’d get a Jiffy bag through the post to return it but haven’t received anything yet. Just keen to get the item back within 5 days as required.

    @ThreeUKSupport my voice isn't being picked up on calls. Microphone works as done WhatsApp voicenote. Mute isn't on. Any issues with masts? I can hear them!

    @Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

    Been on @ThreeUK for few months now and yes at first I had a few problems but now can't complain at all. Everything is great. Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!

    Third day running that I have had to put my phone into airplane mode because @ThreeUKSupport cannot keep a signal up. Network status has said there is a problem, been saying that three days. Looking at ways of getting out of this contract under sale of goods/services. WA14

    @ThreeUK I’ve been with you for nearly ten years and loved you but in the last few months your network has been terrible for mobile data. It’s so flaky now no matter where I am and it’s really disappointing. With no more go roam after my contact ends, I’m considering others

    @ThreeUKSupport Re-registering made it work. I know changing systems might be painful, but you have to make sure your customers are moved seamlessly as well. Work on your documentation, I shouldn't have to dig into other customers error messages on Twitter to find the solution...

    @ThreeUKSupport What I like is be able to leave without paying for an extra month becuase on the trouble I had. Your agent wasn't very responsive in trying to help says no one can do anything since it's his department that makes the decision.
