@SimonDunmore @ThreeUK Been slow for a while, just switch airplane mode on and off if you're on your phone. Should reset the connection (although you shouldn't have to be doing this, it's not what we pay for)

Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

@ThreeUKSupport And still have awful speeds. I got unlimited plan so I can use it for streaming , cause of the promises of reeeeally fast speeds. I can't stream even if my life depended on it... Stop with the lying Please! We all are tired Three telling us there is no problems.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, many times! Even have booster now . It's boosting the 3G, not the 4G I want. How a billion £ company like you can't fix their network is beyond me

@ThreeUKSupport My friend and I have noticed it for a couple of weeks I think. Maybe longer we were joking about how bad its gone then did the speed test in comparison to a friend's speed. I have no idea if it's only on 3g my phone says 4g

@ThreeUKSupport Been having problems with my reception, both data and voice. 3G occasionally works but 4G is really poor. I live in Lancaster but it’s also been bad in Manchester today.

The 4G and signal bar means literally noting anymore. Cue @ThreeUKSupport apologising & asking me where I am, but this is happening everywhere. It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.
