@ThreeUKSupport No contract. Advised by Three to pay outright for a dongle and a 1-month, one-off fee for 1-month wifi use. Told by their advisor that this was fine & best solution. Temp set up as we moved house & had to wait for broadband install. Never had a contract with them.

@ThreeUKSupport As I’ve already told you, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work. I am not using for the first time. I’ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

@Ofcom how do we complain about how hard it is to cancel an order you never made to @ThreeUK ? We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.

@ThreeUK I know your customer service has always been rubbish but it’s now actually unusable. My hills is wrong and every time I known your overseas call centre about it they manage to cut themselves off mid-call. Please provide me with a PHONE NUMBER of someone in the UK.
