@ThreeUKSupport hi, is there a delay with sending out SIM cards? I got a confirmation email from you last week to say my SIM would be estimated delivery of 03/10/20. I requested my number be changed over tomorrow but it can't as I'm not in possession of the SIM. Can you help,pls?

No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say it’s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that it’ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy 😡

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUK My Three connection is appalling. It is faster and has a stronger signal here usually than O2 or Vodafone, but it is UNRELIABLE. You are notorious for instability and sporadic coverage. People are leaving 3 because of it.
