    New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

    @ThreeUKSupport Yea Jen I have. I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

    @EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

    @EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

    @peterkin1010 @ThreeUK @rootmetrics Yeah it can be. Been a while since I've seen speeds as slow as the 3G-UMTS days! I expect it's been reported so they know. But from previous experience MNOs can take months to fix what could be a congestion issue.

    Had to stand on my doorstep in my shortie pyjamas this morning helping my learning disabled neighbour pay her @ThreeUK bill, because the man said he'd cut her off rather than wait until her support worker can help. She hadn't paid because she's just spent two weeks in hospital.

    @ThreeUK I've requested for a SIM replacement for my pay monthly but I never received any. I've put in a request twice through live chat and website. Its been almost 2 weeks and I've yet to receive my replacement. I'm still paying for the service while not given any.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi we checked you website for postcode coverage before booking our campsite. Said we have 5g, so booked (need for work) However, here now & wifi signal is terrible! Barely 3mb download & about 2 upload. That’s not very reliable is it? Any issues ur end please??

    @ThreeUKSupport There have been issues in my area w/broadband 5g speeds/service for days now. It has been 1mbps on several occasions & half usual speed c.35mbps & when I stream anything it blurs a lot on various devices plus no connection on tv/firestick… is there known issues?

    Hi @ThreeUK. Seriously pissed off customer of about 15 years here. You've just taken me from a plan with unlimited data and a reasonable price to a new one with only 4gb of data for much more money without my consent. What a way to treat loyalty. I shall be leaving your network.
