    @Darkuredi @ThreeUK It sucks but unfortunately has to be done. We tried with a different provider but we just ended up mailing a copy of the death certificate because its bit of a security thing really. I understand your frustration though

    No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say it’s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that it’ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s what I’m saying, your process is poor and outdated. You have my bank account details from when I was paying you, you could use them. Or you could send a cheque. Why should I have to go out of my way to call you to get my money back? It’s really poor customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 I'm really sorry. I need to raise this again. I called, was told by support that they'd have to call me with the PAC code. Which they did, last Monday. I took this to another operator. I've now been told the PAC code is invalid. So I called three again.
