    @ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

    @ThreeUKSupport You failed to fix a basic function of a mobile phone. Short code or not, they are texts and I expected you to fix it as my plan and network provider. You couldn't fix it. Your employees invited me to find another provider, they represent you. You are in breach of contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was a monthly plan. I now use EE as my provider, after your advice to find another one at your Hanley shop. Given the hours I spent trying to get the problem fixed at 3, wanting to continue but with you failing, I should be billing you. Moving to EE fixed the texting issue BTW

    @ThreeUKSupport you moved me from old phone plan to new costly one. Problem was phone couldn't short code text anymore. Several hours on phone, on line, in store with your tech experts, no fix. They advised me to change provider. Now a bill for early termination. Are you joking?

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK I have contacted Three many times in different ways. Three are taking 3 different amounts of money out of my bank account every month. Nothing is being done by you about this please sort. I am disabled and I am in my mid 60s. this is no way to treat any person.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi,all I know is that I regretted joining Three about 2 months into a 24month contract! I had nothing but poor service on the network and customer service when trying to resolve the network issues I constantly had! Month 24 I could cancel with nothing left to pay as you can see.

    8 phone calls over four days to @ThreeUK to get an email from them stating that I don’t owe them any money and that the default on my credit report for £26 is a mistake…Was a customer for 15years. It’s now preventing me from getting a job. All apologies, no delivery.
