    @ThreeUKSupport I have sorted out the issue on the App, but I have been using the desktop site off and on for years. No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

    @MattyLeeT18 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Whats annoying is that they haven't even got in touch with me saying sorry or they'd like their device back, they'll get it back no problem as I don't want it juat give me a package to put it in. They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

    I’m waiting on my delivery from @ThreeUK. The guy on the phone said between 8am - 7pm. Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Peter, this is on my broadband router, I have now Manufacture reset it 10 times this year. It’s working well today gets the same speed as my phone. But many days over a month my phone can get 80 down the router 2 down sat on the same shelf.

    @RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply, I'm paying for unlimited and don't have much success at 4g. Will try 3g but don't think that's the answer I'm looking for. Will be asking in the area what providers are best to use. Clearly three are having trouble.

    @ThreeUK Hi! I am at the end of my tether with Three! It is a simple request that I have made about 10 times with 5 different customer service staff over the last 3 weeks so that I can file my insurance claim. TO NO AVAIL. Please can I speak to someone on the phone....

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but I'm using 3 as my home WiFi and that is what I'm referring to. My 4G keeps my phone working but that does not help me watching Netflix on my TV!!!!
