They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

    PLEASE RETWEET THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM @ThreeUK I ordered a SIM only plan 2 weeks ago and the SIM card still hasn’t arrived. I called to cancel my second contract too but that department “cant take my call.” Disgusting customer care and service. STAY AWAY #Three

    Contacted @ThreeUKSupport via Live Chat due to appalling service for the past two weeks. Told issue will be fixed on 02/09. Still expecting me to pay for the contract in full for a week's usage then have the nerve to try and connect me to sales for "Great New Deals". Piss take.

    @ThreeUKSupport I contacted you last month to cancel a contract-I was advised, to avoid paying a cancellation fee,I needed a pac code to give to new provider(even tho im not taking the number)another monthly payment has now been taken and still no code received. How do I cancel?

    Been on @ThreeUK for few months now and yes at first I had a few problems but now can't complain at all. Everything is great. Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

    No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say it’s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that it’ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy 😡

    @ThreeUK making it real easy as an existing customer to upgrade. Two different early upgrade fees, two different tariff costs, and three different level of tariffs to choose from. My options couldn't be put on an email, and it's not online. How can I make an informed choice? 🤔

    @ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

    @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?
