    @ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

    @Darkuredi @ThreeUK It sucks but unfortunately has to be done. We tried with a different provider but we just ended up mailing a copy of the death certificate because its bit of a security thing really. I understand your frustration though

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

    @PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

    @ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying £34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    @ThreeUK slowest Internet I've ever had in my entire life. Should never have changed to you. Netflix can't open, BBCiplayer can't open. Nothing else in the house using the Internet so no excuse for such poor service.

    The never ending saga with shocking customer service @ThreeUK made even worse as 1. VM says can return call and it goes into their call centre abyss 2. They only have 3 songs on loop while on hold. So so bad.

First they claimed it was due to mast work, then claimed their weren’t any known problems then claimed last weekend it would be fixed within 7 days. Surprise surprise it’s as bad as ever

    @JarlRobinKyrie @ThreeUKSupport We’ve gone with TalkTalk (they offer fibre bb) just waiting for them to come out. We were with Virgin but couldn’t afford it so thought we’d save going with Three, worst decision we made. Three are cancelling free of charge, worth asking if it keeps happening?

    @JarlRobinKyrie @ThreeUKSupport Sorry to jump on to your tweet but we’ve had exactly the same problem for 9 weeks now. Great signal then all of a sudden it dropped and we’ve just had excuse after excuse from them. My advice, change provider asap because they’ll do absolutely nothing to fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they believed something fraudulent happened, but won't tell me what, and won't tell me why they didn't tell me if they believed someone had fraudulently accessed my account. This is genuinely shocking service.

    @davelloyd1980 @ThreeUKSupport I certainly ask if it keeps happening, but given I've had the service for nearly 5 months now with no problems up until now, I'm willing to give them a chance. I can't have a second line put in for TalkTalk and I'm not the billpayer for Virgin Media.

    @ThreeUKSupport My 5G signal has been completely down in Derby since last Thursday evening! Now only getting poor 4G speeds. Your fault report site says no problems in my area but clearly not the case.
