    @ThreeUK Have contacted customer support numerous times and told account would be reactivated within 24 hours. However it is now almost 72 hours and still no service. This is absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal is full bars 4G. The signal is fine, the problem is the data connection is non existentant. I'm on holiday so I'm not sure what it's normally like. Do you get much data through this cell?

    @ThreeUK Interesting! I cancel 2 accounts with you. One letter says you owe me £16 and if I want it Ill have to contact you and then claim it. The other in a snotty tone demands I pay £3. Not quite right somehow ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Our mobile broadband signal has just disappeared in HG4 3PU. I know there was maintenance recently, is it still ongoing?
