    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. It’s dropped out regularly since we first had it (since May 2019) but the last 2 weeks have been abominable. All my devices say “connected with no internet” or “unable to connect to this network”. I reset the router 15 times a day. Makes no difference 😫😫😫

    @Andy__B @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I switched to EE when 3 put their price up. I paid £3 a month more but got a free Britbox subscription and a reliable 4G and 5G network.

    @ThreeUKSupport, you have until the end of my current contract with is Aug 2022, which I've been a customer since 2012 to sort out your network issues otherwise I'd have no option to switch. Never had any problem right until last year when this started. No postcode needed

    @Three_Is_Broken @Andy__B @ThreeUK I never had serious issues with Three, but the coverage was patchy and they had no likely 5G roll out. The price hike was the last straw.

    @ThreeUK the worst company to have mobile services with stay away from them. they incorrectly sold me a phone, told me they couldn't find it when they sent the prepaid envelope to send it back. I tried to cancel my account was assured it was then got charged & won't get refunded

    @EE has massively overcharged me for my out of contact phone, so as it obviously doesn’t want my business (I’ve been a loyal customer since 2001 - why else would they rip me off so egregiously?), it’s time to give someone else a try. @TheO2, @ThreeUK what deals do you guys have?

    @ThreeUKSupport, please sort out your network issues otherwise there will be one less to bill. Been a customer almost 10 years and since I took out the latest contract, that's when the problems started. You have until Aug 2022. No need for the postcode.
