    @ThreeUKSupport Have done now, thanks Holly. Safe to say with no 4G for 4 months, and I’m out of contract now and ready to renew, it’s not looking great. I love being with Three but I can’t continue with a network that doesn’t give me service for a third of a year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - I’ve raised a complaint already. They said engineers were looking at it but the service remains dismal. I appreciate your fast response but just wish you could fix the service as quickly.

    @ThreeUKSupport terrible signal all day! Been at home, on the tube, at work. My mum also on three has been out with my sister they are also having issues at home and on the train and they were somewhere out today. All 3of us on the network! Whats happened?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Muz, I can't see any caps active, but I think the issue started a week or so when I tried to call @TravelodgeUK: that was a premium rate number so not included in my bundle. The call didn't go through and nor have my other calls since. (I mainly use WhatsApp.)
