@bt_uk @tweedledee23 What about those of us who use Wi-fi Broadband? That only tells me that my phone is working The EE portal asks what my device is, but doesn't give a drop-down to select anything, poor quality of service in this day and age. Thank goodness for @ThreeUK & the hotspot on my phone

@ThreeUKSupport home broadband playing up again. Nothing to do with FB, IG or WhatsApp. WiFi not working at all. When can I cancel free of charge? I have about 3 mo this left of contract
