    @ThreeUKSupport I followed these instructions to the letter but I can't connect to a network that isn't there. There are similar issues reported in the community pages going back to October and no fix.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, it won't change anything, but when your system goes down, you can ,for free, still txt the effected people, so they know what is going on, it's simple, so please do it

    I called @ThreeUK for a phone.I didn’t like the offer, and hangup without ordering. After a while a scammer called claiming from Three, and offering a phone. It’s not the first time as three customer facing this. Is Three really complying with Data policy? #dataSecurity #ThreeUk

    @ThreeUK Awful service from Three UK. Ordered 24mth contract home broadband ystday. DPD deliver - no SIM CustServcs can only send replacement by Royal Mail, just before RM strike, will arrive too late for me going away. Rubbish service, so cancelling before I even get started.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi-- we arrived in the US last night and my Dad's phone still hasn't activated Roaming? He has no service or even phone signal to get a code try to log into his Three app to check why. Roaming is all set up in his settings so should be working. Can you help?
