@tescomobile Or you know, when you tell your provider that you need to transfer your number to your new contract and instead of doing that, they open up a new account for you and NOT cancel your old one... I'm talking to you @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK 4.5% increase in charges with no discernible improvement in service? Aren’t you just increasing your profits for shareholders?

@ThreeUK Can someone help? I cancelled my account with you yesterday and have requested a PAC code but still haven’t received it. I called up your customer service and they said I would have to call back in another 3 days. Isn’t this against UK regulations?

Since I moved house I can't make or receive phone calls inside my house or garden due to extremely poor signal. I have contacted @ThreeUK multiple times but they say I have to pay almost £200 early termination fee to leave. But Three aren't upholding their end of the contract!

@PedroClarke1 @Gabeuk @ThreeUK It's an architectural culture problem more than anything else. As they stand now, monopole designs are completely utilitarian, when really there's wide opportunity for style. Consider victorian-era street lamps as an example of this.

@tescomobile @ThreeUK allowed my number to be fraudulently ported out despite me calling on receipt of a pac code I didn’t ask for. Customer service was shocking and complaint process even worse. On the plus side I’m off to another provider in May.

@ThreeUKSupport hello, my phone signal with you has become unusable. It cuts out on average 3-4 times per phone call, every call without fail. My 4G rarely works, I can't stream videos or music and had enough of it now. Please advise
