@ThreeUK Never thought it would be so hard to get my upgrade! Terrible customer service. Seems that no 2 employees have been trained with the same material, as everyone I’ve spoken to has told me a different story,none of which have materialised into reality!

@ThreeUK I upgrade last Nov, phone was delivered to a neighbour, I did not know. I called numerous times and you said you will recollect it. After 7 weeks chasing you and paying for phone I do not have; you now sayI have to call the police to resolve. Is this customer service?

@TheJoshParkes @ThreeUK I've got a 5g phone and I haven't seen 5g appear yey. Standing next to a main mast doesn't count. Try an area that hasn't had signal boosts in years. Looks like @ThreeUK won't invest despite the paying customers suffering with reduced services.

@9600 @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK Indeed, that’s kind of the point - the signal is stronger plugged into the antenna so the losses are fine - took me from 30-35Mb with occasional 40Mb to 50-55Mb with occasional 60Mb. Moderate improvement across the board in signal measures.
