@seanohara07 @O2 @ThreeUK Sadly I’m finding big companies care less and less about retaining loyal customers. My dad has just closed all of his bank accounts (not an insubstantial amount) with a well known bank after 50 years as a customer due to their poor handling of the situation when we lost my mum.

So @ThreeUK told me to contact them via chat in a week if my issue with slow internet wasn't resolved. I've literally just had a tech support guy do a runner mid way through chat saying that "broadband isn't covered in their chat support". Odd, it was last week./@Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’m in the UAE for the next week. The problem is that you have to use roaming to get the £5 top up, which is a bit ridiculous if you’re going to make your customers spend a fortune before they get the day pass.
