@ThreeUKSupport why do you not have enough signal wherever I go? I'm in central London and can't get a map up, can't get a signal in a hotel room next to the window on the 11th floor, and am writing this connected to a pay as you go o2 broadband SIM.

@ThreeUKSupport I do use local services. I have a french SIM. I don't use roaming except to receive or send the odd text message from the UK. I have now made an official complaint, and will be going to Ofcom if necessary.

@ThreeUKSupport Did leave it a while. Cleared the cache and tried on two different browsers. Same problem. Also can't login on app. I tried calling 3 but they won't deal with me cos I don't remember my password which needs to be changed in the app, which I can't get into. So now I'm stuck.
