    @ThreeUKSupport I won't bother until I get the bill - half an hour on web chat yesterday to start again at the bottom of the phone support tree today for the same issue, taking well over an hour from start to finish, plus time to find a new contract. I've no patience for a web chat tonight.

    @ThreeUK 2 days running and no iPhone delivery. Technical issue blamed and asked to cancel upgrade and re order.

    @ThreeUKSupport We've been at this since June, we tried to change the payment/ownership of one of our numbers to my son and renew the contract on a new deal withu. Apparently the order has been stuck since June. Every Time we are told wait another 48 hours! We've been told we can't even cancel!

    @ThreeUK I am disgusted with your customer services. I have been trying to get on your App and had to call customer services who inform me that my name isn’t my name even tho I have written correspondence from you!! Cancelling my contract tomorrow!

    @ThreeUK Hello ! My pay as you go number hasn’t been switched on for two years as I have been abroad. Now it seems to have been taken out of service. Is there any way of getting it reactivated as I would prefer not to have to change my number.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I pay the bill by direct debit, and it’s been taken twice two months in a row which has caused me some money problems at a critical time, I’ve had the sim about a year
