@OfficialRandL @ThreeUK You should refund us! It's a reckless attitude by your side. You're just looking at the money, and disrespecting us with this behaviour. We saw what happened with the Woodstock 99. Is not fair! You are the ONLY responsible for the bad things happen. #woodstock99vibes

@PositivelyHani @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Worst network provider for mobile phones so would hate to think what their broadband bundles are like. Didn’t have signal on my phone in my area higher than 1 bar and they said the signal is fine. Then proceeded to try increasing my monthly cost. Cancelled direct debit and left.

Been with @ThreeUK for years but, I'm thinking of moving to another network! Sick of @ThreeUK wrongly charging me the non DD fee when I do pay direct debit, then having it refunded is always an issue. @ThreeUKSupport never seem to understand my query & just further frustrate me!

@ThreeUKSupport There's is an existing issue with you as you cannot set up my automatic payment. This has been going on since February! I'm overseas, alone, with no phone service which is really causing probs. My sister tried to resolve but you won't talk to her & say I have to phone. How ?

David R. MacIver

@ThreeUKSupport Possibly the problem is that the site currently wants me to upgrade my SIM and I haven't yet? But if so that's very much not what the error message is saying.
