    Well that’s 2 years of being with the worst internet provider over! @ThreeUK should be ashamed of yourselves. I tried to cancel after my first week and got sent from department to department only to be cut off when it was the last one . £600 down the toilet!Never again @ThreeUK

    The social team @ThreeUKSupport will be like ‘oh, let us look into that…’ – but the phone team have been bloody awful. It’s one thing to let some random fraudster into my account – but quite another not to investigate the fraud properly, or diligently.

    On a recent trip on a plane I was surprised at just how high up my @ThreeUK signal was reaching yet when I'm at Stratford Station in London it doesn't work at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Maybe Jade, maybe. I’ve communicated how bad and unbearable my service is and I wanted to migrate elsewhere, because as a consumer, I cannot continue to pay for a service that I’m not receiving. However, three insist on charging me if I leave before the contract ends.

    @ThreeUK your app is terrible. My partner & I both had your app on our phones but every time we tried to log in, apparently our passwords were wrong. When we tried to change our passwords we got told we needed WiFi.

    @ThreeUKSupport Good morning. This is day 4 of no network. You said it would be fixed by Sunday 3pm it’s now Tuesday morning. I can’t work with no wifi. What am I supposed to do please??
