  @ThreeUK The app doesn't work anymore on my Huawei P40 Pro. Can only assume this is because the app is trying to look for Google play services and can't find it. So doesn't know what todo and crashes.. Shame really

  @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. No, turning mobile data off doesn't do anything to increase ability to send text messages. Still get 'failed to send' with One Bar signal out of Five.

  @ThreeUKSupport I can assure you there is a massive issue with my 4G broadband. Working from home is a nightmare with this wifi. Out of 5 bars I’m only getting 2 to 3 bars all day.

  @ThreeUKSupport why is my order being received for delivery at 15:26pm when I called 0333 338 1039 to cancel at10:08am and they made sure it was canceled and wouldn’t go through? It’s on route to be delivered, and now what I have pay shipping to return it? I just got the email

  @ThreeUKSupport Three app yes. It used to work fine. However it wouldn't let me use it until I updated it. So i found the apk installed it. Going past all the login information etc. Then now it just closes automatically. It won't stay open. I have a phone that lacks Google play services. Huawei.
