  • mrawykes Andy 👨‍🏫🚶‍♂️🛫 (@mrawykes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Such a rude agent today! Asked me why I haven't informed you that I am not receiving correspondence from you. I say that I do not know that I am meant to have anything. He then informs me that surely I would think it's strange not to?

  • safc4ever John Dunne ♿👨🏻‍🦼💙 (@safc4ever) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, it was. A last attempt at rebooting my HomeFi worked late yesterday evening. It's not the engineering work, as I understand that's needed, but I need to know in advance. Even an SMS on the day when it's emergency works would be better than nothing. 48hr for planned works.
