Do you know how happy I am to be away from @ThreeUK. No more unreliable service, shockingly weak signal strengths and constantly being passed on to different departments because nobody knows what’s going on. @EE here I come 👌🏼

  • BradleeMendak Bradlee (@BradleeMendak) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my service everywhere is awful. Can’t use my phone at all just constantly says waiting for network

  • rncq65 Richard corrigan (@rncq65) reported

  • jopkins Jonathan Hopkins (@jopkins) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Really? You said previously that I would get a text/email when fixed? Are you looking in the same place the team did earlier when they confirmed an issue that engineers were working on?

  • auntiehajar Harriet (@auntiehajar) reported

People moan about phone companies but I’ve been with @ThreeUK for well over 15 years and never had a problem. Merry Christmas to you all 🎅🏽🎄🍷

  • Andy_Hogan Andrew Hogan (@Andy_Hogan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was hit with this DNS issue, so didn't have internet for a day and a half. It started working again last night, but has now broken again. It's even worse, as I can't even ping IP address (it's just completely non functional). Postcode is B2. Any ideas?

  • _nicolasap Nicola De Mitri (@_nicolasap) reported

Did @ThreeUK make Go Roam in Europe a paid service with no communication to the users!? Or am I reading it wrong? Go Roam (aka Feel At Home, which existed before the EU free roaming mandates) was the sole reason I chose Three 7y ago. EU immigrant friends, who should I switch to?

  • rncq65 Richard corrigan (@rncq65) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm, received a text today saying complaint closed, I've just had an idea..... texted 65075 again and there it is a PAC code, so despite being told I would get it sent out automatically I didn't get anything just a stroke of luck I've got it. Or a coincidence I tweeted OFCOM

@ThreeUKSupport Its contract, been a customer for about 15 years. Tried it all before and the only thing good was the booster.
