@ThreeUKSupport So can you confirm what 3's plan is for the defunct 5g routers we have? If we are not going to be issued replacements I want to know if I can cancel. No eta on fix or replacement is not a good service.

@ThreeUK why is your coverage of 4g terrible? I KNOW you're throttling speeds. Nevermind the trafficsense nonsense, £35 a month for 'all you can eat data' which is really 1000gb a month. Before you ask no I only use about 3-400gb a month. SORT IT OUT PLS, OR I'M SWITCHING!

@IthicaHawk Having exactly the same issues with @ThreeUK . Been with them over 10 years. They have no interest in retaining me, so I'll check out @O2 since they still offer the Go Roam abroad.

@ThreeUKSupport home broadband outage since 12.05.22 around 5pm & hasn’t come back on. Network status on your website says no issues. Other website checkers showing an issue. What’s going on?

@ThreeUK why have you still not resolved our billing issue. Being charged double for the 4th time now and your people still can’t get it right. Despite emails from you saying it’s all sorted when it isn’t.

@ThreeUK is an actual garbage network - might have signal but doesn't mean much if you get zero throughput. Time to cancel this contract methinks

Hey @ThreeUK the whole point of the new text message service for PAC codes is so you don't have to deal with the network. That means you shouldn't then start spamming them with calls and texts begging to stay. Maybe think about that before ripping EU roaming away next time.
