Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes we both have the latest version that phones and full internet. It's damn annoying as your signal is weak at home so need the app. It constantly does it. We've reinstalled too.

@ThreeUK you really need to work on your Three in Touch app. So many times we have tried to answer calls TIT intercepts on Pixel 2 but you get to buttons etc. We keep missing calls due to this poor app.

@ThreeUKSupport Beautifully sunny day here in Woodbridge, nothing to drop the reception coverage at all but again there’s still no coverage at IP2 1DS. I last mentioned this months ago but things are still terrible at this location. Maybe you’re working on the transmitter again? Hmm. Nah!

@AlastairPeat @ThreeUK Hi Alastair, prior to November 2017, iPhone handsets would lock to the first network they were used with, if your handset is locked to Three, they should be able to get it unlocked for you - Jade
@ThreeUKSupport The Web chat was where my details were compromised is there not a way of speaking to you personally I am currently still on hold to your Indian call centre 24mins in with no help and no calls from your security as promised - I have taken names and times of all calls if needed

@ThreeUKSupport You’ve been saying esim support is coming for years now! At least give your customers an idea of how much longer we will have to wait for this feature. Or you may find yourself losing customers rather quickly since most other carriers now support esim @Apple watch

Real life scenario for @ThreeUK and @CPWTweets - I bought a new iPhone 7 3 years ago from Carphone, unlocked. Walked down street and bought sim only deal from Three. Now moving to Sky Mobile and on inserting new sim, I find the phone is locked to Three.

@ThreeUKSupport your customer service sucks, I spent 26min on the phone trying to complain about my MiFi not working. I don't want to talk to your online chat as they seem to be forced to resolve things at first point contact on pain of death. What is wrong with your company!
