@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport Also you have blocked us from accessing the account that this phone belongs to! So what is going on? I can still access my other account fine so the "technical issue" page that comes up when we try to access that phones account is clearly a block. Not on guys!

Hello @ThreeUKSupport. When are you going to fix your mobile broadband service in the Jaywick area? It's been up & down all week. I need a steady connection for my studies for the Ambulance Service, and I've had to pay Tesco £17.50 for broadband. Are you going to reimburse me?
