We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service
