Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to get into the Three app all afternoon but it is asking me to confirm my identity with a code sent by SMS text. Initially the problem was that the texts were not coming through then four arrived together at 15:10 by which time they had expired.

@ThreeUKSupport When are the issues in CW1 likely to be sorted? Signal and data throughput almost non existent, this has been going for too long now. A daily apology text does not fix the issues.

@MichelleOwenWi1 @ThreeUK @SamsungMobile I had similar cancelled a phone as we were getting a SIM card in my missus name instead. Somehow didn't cancel and were were paying for two contracts for 4 months without realising. I'll be leaving three for them not even offering a refund on a number that wasn't even used.
