  • woodbridgemonk Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

  • briandsloan Brian Sloan (@briandsloan) reported from Ipswich District, England

@ThreeUKSupport I did an online chat and resolved the issue.

  • SherbetKirsty Kirsty : Polkabops (@SherbetKirsty) reported from Great Bromley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

  • Ladysherb Amanda (@Ladysherb) reported from Alresford, England

@ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please

  • woodbridgemonk Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!

  • Gavrielo Gav Amante (@Gavrielo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport Monday afternoon. This is a repeating issue which you seem incapable of resolving

  • GU0SUP Phil Cooper 🇬🇬 (@GU0SUP) reported

@ItinerantHam @ThreeUKSupport Check that the network you select isn't going to charge you for roaming..... ThreeUK may have a list somewhere 🤔

  • Paulpatc Paul Armstrong (@Paulpatc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I use the Three network for Internet data WiFi in the Gloucester area GL15S Hand have been without a service for weeks. The 3 network status checker confirmed this, stating they are having problems on masts and working to fix it. Why has this taken nearly 4 weeks?

  • liamnorris1001 liam norris (@liamnorris1001) reported

Yet again no reception from @ThreeUK , repeatedly told during call that line was breaking up before it cut off. Shockingly awful network and cannot wait for contract to end.

  • CoachDriverHugh Hugh Johnson (@CoachDriverHugh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any idea if you can find out when service upgrade will be reviewed in GU35 9 area of Hampshire? Service is virtually non existent, using wifi calling is not an option as common power failures too. Thanks

  • ItinerantHam John - M0IDA (@ItinerantHam) reported

Just been told by @ThreeUKSupport that when you're roaming, you now have to find a network manually when roaming - not automatically. Is this experience the same for other operators? Its like going back 30 years!

  • AllyPally029 AllyPally24 (@AllyPally029) reported

@ThreeUK how long is the maintenance work going on for in wgc? I'm sick to death of my phone not working. I've checked the WiFi, my mobile data and the signal and everything about my phone is FINE before you jump to assumptions. How long is the maintenance going on for???????????

  • LFCSovereign61 Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have just received a text telling me I’m out of contract and that I’ll be getting an email with my options for renewal. I’m not sure I’ll be renewing anything as the original problem is still occurring. Why is your 4G so bad when it’s supposed to be better than 3G?

  • DGruszczyk Daniel Gruszczyk (@DGruszczyk) reported

@ThreeUK can you explain to your (potential) customers why you keep charging money for phones that are already paid off if a customer forgets to contact you? In times of #CostOfLivingCrisis £25/month for 6 months is a lot of money! @O2 can do it, why can’t you too?
