@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUKSupport Please contact me re my account that was not cancelled down even after 10 times of asking so I was told different things each time I called customer services. I have waited since 16 September for £69 and am now told I have to wait until after 30 November.

Can I just credit how amazing @ThreeUK service is. Needed to push my payment date forward, expected to have to speak to someone. Their automated service alloud me to do this within 30 seconds. No need to talk to a human. And was all done within seconds. Absolutely incredible 👊

@ThreeUK been trying to get hold of customer advisor for 2 days. Need an additional sim contract. Got a reply from live chat yesterday and was told to wait for sales team to be connected. No one from sales came to the chat and i waited for about an hour in chat. Any reason?

So the @ThreeUK saga continues....want to know what their advice was....cancel everything, we can't help... Basically they've broken my mobile broadband router..won't replace it, want more money..won't refund me...😔
