@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ended nearly two months ago and was moved to PAYG and my last contact with support on Saturday said whatever stalled in the backend would be resolved for my PAC to come through. I’ll be calling support shortly as I’ve spoken multiple times since May to sort this.

@ThreeUKSupport Here we go again. Spent 10 mins trying to speak to someone- worked way through the labyrinth (6 steps) told I wd b put through to advisers and SILENCE. TWICE. This is A problem I was told wd b fixed last week when I went through the same ridiculous hoops.

@ThreeUKSupport I've done this time and time again, and when I've ported numbers to Three. The only way to fix is by cancelling the sim and reissuing another, also the sim card cannot be a replacement, it has to be reported stolen to fully update the new sim. (1/2)

@ThreeUK It's so easy to remove money from one account, but hard to make a refund. Most you frustrate one's life before you do the needful, to many people already have a very terrible experience with @ThreeUK. This is the beginning, your *** is been drag on Facebook and IG 🐍🐍🐍
