Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUKSupport Phone has been restarted so has home internet, still not working it’s effecting both mobile phones we have With you and home internet. This is day 4 and no one wants to help. My husband was told there was an issues 3 days ago!
