Alan Bridger (@Alan_Bridger) reported from Frinton-on-Sea, EnglandIf it wasn’t so expensive to cancel my contract that I’ve got with @ThreeUK then I’d be cancelling in a heartbeat. AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Going into a chat room to talk about it won’t fix the technical fault that you yourselves highlighted 2 weeks ago but fixing the fault will
-
Amanda (@Ladysherb) reported from Alresford, England@ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please
-
Alan Bridger (@Alan_Bridger) reported from Frinton-on-Sea, England@ThreeUKSupport Scott, Unable to join you on chat as I’m at work during your chat room opening hours and as I previously said I’ve no internet coverage in those postcode areas that I work in so couldn’t join in on a chat anyway. There’s one simple solution. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! 😡
-
Gav Amante (@Gavrielo) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandHi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.
-
𝐅𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐧 🖤 (@fayedicksonxo) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandCannot fault @ThreeUK Broke my phone, was too much to fix. Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻
-
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England@THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!
-
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈
-
Brian Sloan (@briandsloan) reported from Ipswich District, England@ThreeUKSupport I did an online chat and resolved the issue.
-
Kirsty : Polkabops (@SherbetKirsty) reported from Great Bromley, England@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!
-
Sarah (@selwoodsarah) reported from Ipswich District, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m traveling 2 Greece & have been told internet switches to Turkish network. How do I stop this, I don’t want to spend anything outside my tariff.

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞

Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reportedYears ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.
