I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service

They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.
