    @ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @ThreeUK my 3 month old S21 has stopped recognising the SIM card. As per your support staff I've tried different SIM and tried factory reset, but still phone not recognising a SIM. Why are the support staff refusing to send a replacement phone?

    @ThreeUKSupport I really am having a shocking experience with your network to the point of me cancelling my contract. I have just been told that I should call DPD and collect the phone myself! I have not so much had a courtesy email letting me know my phone is delayed.

    @adamseab @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK You will regret, customer services is awful. We went to go with them, never received the phone, never used the service yet they still have my £49 deposit and WONT give it back!!! Have started court proceedings so it will cost them more in the long run.

    @ThreeUK Do not take a phone out with this **** for show. They are a bunch of liars that will do the upmost to avoid getting to the bottom of any issue. If you do make sure your device is ‘BRAND NEW’ not used.

    @ThreeUKSupport @nukka333 hi #Three, I can answer for the customer as you're not allowed to. Just spoken to 2nd line support who were very polite and helpful; major works in London but Three's policy is to keep it quiet, not inform customers, not even update the status page. @Ofcom
