@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I have a broadband data box & can't stream / Download & upload speed is so slow. Was told this wouldn't be an issue. Have moved it around the house to get faster speed. But no. Its not providing the service I was told. Can you resolve it please?

So @ThreeUK have apparently been doing """upgrades""" in my area. The speeds I'm getting would have been embarrassing 20 years ago. Today it's just insulting. Yeah, some upgrades, guys. Paying £35 for this crap, which is just lovely.

@ThreeUKSupport is there some issue with the cell at OX3 9QZ? Connection has been fine for months, now it's up&down and speeds down to <1Mbps. Signal checker, router all report OK connection.

@ThreeUK is the worst network provider in central London, the capital city of🏴.I have not heard anybody else on other networks suffering as much as @ThreeUK network customers. It is awful, @ThreeUK having the fastest download speed is half true & misleading stat! Time to change!

@ThreeUKSupport and money back guarantee? This was never explained to me. Who is in charge of cancelling a product that has been mis-sold? Or that doesn't live up to the service stated in the contract?
