    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @ThreeUKSupport @tomakasatnav is there any solution to this. I am locked out of all my accounts that require OTP. the live agent suggested my only option was to fly back to the UK from Indonesian to reactivate my SIM. surely there is another solution...

    @ThreeUKSupport Individual customer care ? Youre having a laugh. Just spent over an hour on the phone to THREE. passed from one to another. 4 people I eventually spoke to. 4 times I had to go through security. Bad lines bad connections making it difficult to understand people at the other end.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm pretty sure it won't be, the first CS who transferred me through to the clown was no help either. I'm not going through all that nonsense again. I'm pretty sure he even tried to put a different voice on. Are there any direct numbers to any competent members of the team?
