@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Is anyone willing to contact me and go through my complaint of this absolute woeful experience? Not with your complaints department, they are the ones who lied about smis being in the post. Not in writing, I've wasted enough of my time on this and I'm still owed an apology!

@ThreeUK Been online chat for 55mins so far all I want to do is move my old# to my new 3 sim & cancel my PAYG sim. The awful customer service rep called Shohel is trying to get me to return my phone and make a deal with her/him instead. + I'm getting a cancellation fee on a PAYG!

Don't normally do this but @ThreeUK has let me down. People have been unable to ring or text me on the SIM provided through its Smarty brand for over a week. Passed from pillar to post by its customer service people - nobody takes ownership & no end in sight.

@ThreeUK how hard is it to get a letter to confirm my account is closed and has a zero balance. Ive lost count of how many incompetent people i have spoken with. 3mobile customer service is a joke. I cant complain as i no longer have a mobile number. So now its to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport I received a letter to say that my deceased husbands account was in credit and to call for a refund. They have told me they can only send the refund to his account which was closed six months ago when he died. Can you help?
