  • Gavrielo Gav Amante (@Gavrielo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

  • briandsloan Brian Sloan (@briandsloan) reported from Ipswich District, England

@ThreeUKSupport I did an online chat and resolved the issue.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • xh82 XH82 (@xh82) reported

@ThreeUK From what I've been able to gather, not a single Three customer got an alert regardless of device, plan or location. Naturally this also means that no virtual networks like IDMobile got anything either.

  • JimHanner Jim (@JimHanner) reported

@ThreeUK My housemate and I are both on Three, were sitting at the table with our phones but not using them. Same signal strength, both on Android. She got an alert, I didn't.

  • TracyJo35816182 Tracy Jordan (@TracyJo35816182) reported

@ThreeUK I'm a @ThreeUK customer and no test alert received.

  • missradders Hannah 🤓 (@missradders) reported

@Mildertduck @ThreeUK This cannot be true. The vast majority of the time peoples phones are connected to wifi. Everyone in their houses, everyone in a workplace. Three have already said it’s their issue too.

  • GarryLees Neok (@GarryLees) reported

@ThreeUK 'We're working closely with the government to understand why' Lol. As though it's anybody else's issue except yours.

  • Hench37LFC Andrew Hencher (@Hench37LFC) reported

@ThreeUK Probably because their network coverage and customer service is awful !

  • pauldavey Paul Davey (@pauldavey) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK Nothing via O2 (no data), nor on 2nd SIM via MVNO Not in a great signal area, but supposedly OK (shows two or three bars) 4G Android up to date and it's set to receive emergency alerts. As a one-way broadcast signal, I hope they are doing some statistical surveys on coverage. :-(

  • SaxonLight Saxon Light (@SaxonLight) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did not receive the governments emergency alert today and because of this I am now dead.

  • thegreengiant88 Simon Howroyd (@thegreengiant88) reported

@ThreeUK Highlights a bigger problem; if you don't get it, you will never get it. This life saving system needs to be more robust for people momentarily passing through a signal deadspot, for example.

  • cocottepoilue Cocotte Poilue (@cocottepoilue) reported

    @ThreeUK Never got the message
