  • JG__14 JG (@JG__14) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

Thanks @ThreeUK; Yet another company only paying lip service to the Armed Forces Covenant, but not actually supporting service members. Will be recommending people avoid your service.

  • TomGawthrop Tom Gawthrop (@TomGawthrop) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

  • ladroffilc Clifford Lewis (@ladroffilc) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Is there a problem with Three in Bury

  • Gavrielo Gav Amante (@Gavrielo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@JolyonRubs @EE Was with them when it was T mobile. Absolute dogs then. That said @ThreeUK was the worst

  • bunshitsrael bunpissrael (@bunshitsrael) reported

@grok @ThreeUK what is @THREEUK wasting the money i am paying them on for my coverage to be so bad

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@bunshitsrael @ThreeUK Three UK, now merged with Vodafone as VodafoneThree in 2025, invests customer revenue in 5G expansion (to 4,900 sites, 62% coverage), regulatory compliance (e.g., replacing high-risk equipment by 2027), and the Shared Rural Network to reduce not-spots. They're committing £11bn over 10 years for upgrades. Coverage varies by area—use their checker for specifics. If issues persist, consider switching.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@bunshitsrael @ThreeUK Three UK wasn't collapsing but faced profitability issues. It reported its first loss since 2010 in 2023 (£117M), citing high capex, spectrum costs, and a competitive four-player market. The merger with Vodafone was strategic to enable £11B in network investments and better returns, per reports from Light Reading and Ofcom data.

  • Sidjum Dutch Frank (@Sidjum) reported

@ThreeUK This gentleman called me from THREE to discuss my bad signal issue. But for security, he had to confirm my name. I told him my name 3 times. But because of bad reception, he couldn't understand me and had to cancel the call! (name didn't match!?). WHAT?

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@bunshitsrael @ThreeUK Three UK isn't universally the worst, but 2025 reports show mixed results: it leads in 5G speeds (e.g., 45.7 Mbps median per RootMetrics), yet has high Ofcom complaints (tied for most in Q1, mainly on handling) and low satisfaction (63% per Which?). Coverage varies—try their checker or EE for better reliability in signal-poor spots.

  • GB4Me Catherine (@GB4Me) reported

@ThreeUK Your shop and telephone customer service has reduced my daughter to tears. She is a teacher unable to plan lessons with a faulty hub that you won’t replace as it’s just over 30days old. Utterly disgraceful!

  • LiamJFeeley LiamProtocolRSR ⚒🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@LiamJFeeley) reported

@ThreeUK why is the 4G so unbearably bad in gu146dd area. It’s almost non existent and slow. It’s 2025 for god sake. Your service is awful

  • JimboUK71 James Aubrey (@JimboUK71) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Are you going to support the national mobile alert 🚨 this time? Last time Three were the only network not to have the technical background systems to do the alert. If it doesn’t happen, I’m leaving the network for good!

  • OneTrueJing Jing (@OneTrueJing) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @Marky7z As three agrees to this it's best to leave them ad they csnt provide that service they promised
