    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK and now, a perfectly good discord voice chat, something that should have been WELL within your network's ability, was ruined by your frankly shambolic wifi quality, and I could not get it working. Am I meant to be satisfied PAYING £24 for this?

    @ThreeUK shocking customer service first from melwyn and now komal no help atall already have 4 contract bought another on that is no longer needed just got the letter and sim today because(I assume postal strikes)I’m 24hrs out the cancelling period and they won’t cancel without

    @ThreeUKSupport it is the most incompetent customer service. I have spoken to 5 ppl in a span of 3 months and no one and see the notes of other person. They keep sending me the bill which I don’t owe @Ofcom
