    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK Thanks, although to be honest, you're not off to the best start. Despite me entering my PAC code and choosing today as the date to switch my number to you guys when placing my order, when I spoke to your customer service team they had no record of this!

    @ThreeUKSupport This is now the fourth day where the network has essentially be unusable in the EC1V area of London. What is going on and when will it be fixed? Your website says nothing except there is an issue. And your phone support lied saying no issues in this area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Time will tell! Presumably I won't be billed for any days before I start using your service? Especially now considering the extra delay in switching has been due to an issue your end, and the fact I lose two more days because you can't switch at a weekend?

    @ThreeUKSupport After a significant boost in signal strength on 26th Jan, just two days later I am having issues again with mobile broadband and poor / no connection. Please can you update as to how long this will go on for?
