    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    to make it worse.. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just ignore complaints, but you get a scam account pretending to be Three support replying and trying to get your Whatsapp/number!

    Anyone else noticed that since my provider @ThreeUK & @VodafoneUK merged that their phone signal is now worse than it was before. South Ayrshire, West coast of Scotland. Both my phone & my mifi signal are way worse particularly during the day. Time to move contract I think 🤔

    @ThreeUK how difficult is it to understand a question from a customer who says ‘I’ve run out of data and I need to add more data!’ What is difficult about that statement because it seems your business customer service department have no idea how to understand this!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What on earth is all this about for like 3 to 4 months poor network coverage can’t even load a page yet you deduct my funds without thinking twice. If your organization is overwhelmed kindly shutdown as other capable hand can take up the business.
