@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUKSupport No stock issues, just lies , was told today that apparently 1500 handsets had been incorrectly labeled and dispatched then recalled sounds like BS to me have been dealing with complaints team who promised the phone on for mentioned dates then basically got told if not happy leave

@ThreeUKSupport It's not my device that's the problem...when the signal is working my device works fine. It's been working all day but now...6pm..it's stopped working again. Hardly any download speed at all. My postcode is NE650HF. All weekend your engineers were working in the mast.

@ThreeUKSupport After an hour long conversation with your complaints department it's been sorted. Whoever spoke to me is a star. Still does not excuse the fact this happened in the first place and I will be moving to a different network after this. 14 years with three, no more.

Here's my experience with @ThreeUK. 10 years customer. Finally fed up the website is always broken, phone app is s**t. After days I can't use the phone I move to other provider. They tell me twice they will refund my credit. Except they won't. Want a Xmas gift? Avoid three. yw

@ThreeUKSupport It’s off now. But my question still remains... is it acceptable to land in a country and as soon as you connect to the local network, “etisalat” in this case, you receive a text saying you’ve somehow used £31 of data? Unless I’m going mad, that’s obscene.

We don't care said @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Surely as it died within 2 years, they - the seller - are responsible for any loss I incur? Especially as I told them (phone, webchat, email) on the day it broke down and I was reassured not to worry and send in the receipt /4
