@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUK have sent a collection agency to is us ( Vai email) we haven't paid £83 the cheeky bastard's!! They never provided a service, the Three in touch app was lies and didn't work. Been out of contract with them for months and it was £40 a month. They're bullys?!

@ThreeUK What a disgusting company. Don't provide a proper service, Three in touch app never worked They make it hard to retrieve a pac code. We got a new phone a new number They knew we were leaving!! Now want £83 off us.. Via email.. sending debt collectors. This is wrong!

@ThreeUKSupport Manually issuing MMI codes from dialer initially seems to work - "Call forwarding registration was successful" - but checking the menu it actually shows the 3UK voicemail number which is wrong. Phone menu shows an error for "Always forward" option and "Network or SIM card error."
