@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

@SMARTYMobileUK Problem is that your and @ThreeUK data speeds are too slow wherever we go. Average 1.5Mbps, top in day time 5Mbps, perhaps 10Mbps during night. Too many people on server.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm still waiting for someone to call me regarding this outage. I've spoken to two or three 2nd line tech support over past weels, but sounds like they're not really able to investigate this further either but need to escalate it to the network team who can't see anything.

@ThreeUKSupport I know I can just cancel it & demand a PUK code to port the number (which I really don't want to lose as I've had it about 20yrs), I just hoped that as both contracts are with @ThreeUK & both are in my name they might cooperate so I don't have to go through the faff.

@jamesoflynn @ThreeUKSupport Sounds like trying to cancel with O2: "I want to cancel my contract" "Why?" "I've got a better offer elsewhere" "What is it?" "Xyz" "Tell you what, how about you stay with us on a less good contract for more money?" "Why would I do that?" "..."

@ThreeUK considering your 5G connection is so shocking and a lot worse than your 4G. Does this mean I’m able to cancel my contract as you are not providing me with adequate 5G service?
