@ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUKSupport I was just wondering if you could see an estimated fix date from your end
@ThreeUKSupport They didn’t advise of a fix date just that there’s a known issue with the mast that’s resulting in loss of a data connection and yes I spoke to technical support who advised that and said the problem isn’t my end, the problem is at the mast level
@ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to work out why I’ve spent an hour on chat help being told what a ‘valued’ customer I am only to be offered a worse sim deal than I could have got directly from your website myself. I find this incredibly dishonest. Anyone else had same experience?

@scully1888 @ThreeUK Three are mostly a joke but it was handy having free data when abroad earlier in the year. They have enough problems with signal in parts of Glasgow/SL. You can normally get a data sim/virtual sim cheap for countries outside the free usage areas.
@ThreeUKSupport It's been around 4 or 5 weeks roughly. Biggest issue is the phone still shows good signal, so WiFi call doesn't always kick in and then the other end can't hear me on calls. My partner has contacted I think, I'm with iD Mobile who are investigating for me.
@ThreeUKSupport The issue persists whatever the browser.
@OliviaBuzaglo @ThreeUK How can I do to get this? I am in need of it. Please help
@ThreeUKSupport That's amazing... Just wondering why it's taken two weeks nearly to port a number over then??? One piss poor excuse after another... I'd understand if it was issues with different networks but... It's. Three PAYG to Monthly...
@ThreeUKSupport It's all so damn arbitrary. You systems are preventing me from signing a longer, more expensive contract. It makes no sense.
