@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUKSupport So, over 4 hours on chat. first 4 ppl saying roaming could be reconnected. 5th person saying no, and would need to complain to ombudsman. 6th person could only give PAC by txt (which I can't get, remember). 7th person converted phone to PAYG and now I have service again.

@ThreeUKSupport How can I stop calls failing so often? Happened four times so far today-it happens on around half my calls and that’s unacceptable. Phone up to date, wifi calling enabled (no issues with fibre broadband!). When you’re cut off after waiting hours to get through 😡
