    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

    @ThreeUK have sent a collection agency to is us ( Vai email) we haven't paid £83 the cheeky bastard's!! They never provided a service, the Three in touch app was lies and didn't work. Been out of contract with them for months and it was £40 a month. They're bullys?!

    13 minutes it took to send that last tweet. Unlimited minutes, texts, data and aggravation. I expect @ThreeUKSupport will be offering some sort of apologetic freebie soon. #Hint. Ironically, they probably won't be able to contact me if I have no signal. #EpicFail

    @ThreeUK What a disgusting company. Don't provide a proper service, Three in touch app never worked They make it hard to retrieve a pac code. We got a new phone a new number They knew we were leaving!! Now want £83 off us.. Via email.. sending debt collectors. This is wrong!

    @ThreeUKSupport Manually issuing MMI codes from dialer initially seems to work - "Call forwarding registration was successful" - but checking the menu it actually shows the 3UK voicemail number which is wrong. Phone menu shows an error for "Always forward" option and "Network or SIM card error."
