    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

    @ThreeUKSupport How do I leave your god awful service, I've been having broadband issues since I got the thing,I can't contact you because I can't log into the 3 app because you need wifi, then its giving me random errors "email response error". I'm done with you guys now.

    @ThreeUKSupport thank you for actually sorting out the refund issue. I am still not happy with the way the customer service team handled this and I still empathise retraining is needed across the board. Also customer services need more power to help as to avoid similar issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I understand that, if my bill was in £s I wouldn’t have a problem, but 43p??? Surely you’d write off anything in pence?? Is going to cost me 77p postage or the hassle of setting up an online account for a one off payment of 43p!!!!!!
