    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

    @carphonecapital Phoned today by one of your operatives trying to sell me phone accessories. He said he worked for you and got my number from my network @ThreeUK. I asked him if this was obtained illegally and he said yes. Thoughts?? Call was at 10.05am.

    @ThreeUK owed me a £32 credit. Letter said automatically refund in 14 days. Didn't do it. I had to chase and now told I will get it in 3 days. Awful service. Hoping I didn't chase i suppose so they didn't have to pay it out 🙄

    @ThreeUK absolutely awful customer service just now. Trying to get a PAC code over the phone as my phone is broken. Advisor unable to understand that we cannot access the BROKEN phone, and as I can’t tell her the last 4 digits of a number called 3 days ago she can’t help?
