@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest Hi, i cancelled my broadband over the phone, yesterday i received a letter saying thanks for choosing2 stay& upgrade with us. I called2 cancel on same day as u offered the upgrade yet no cancellation confirmation letter. Are u trying 2 lock me into a 2yr contract i don't want?
@ThreeUKSupport I have no service? i have tried following all the steps online and it's still not working
I request to all UK 🇬🇧 @ThreeUK customers please don't trust indian three customer services staff and when you get contract make sure everything is OK and perfect. If not please finish contract in 14 days otherwise you will get trouble and headache. It's not @ThreeUK fault.
This is a difference between English and Asian behaviour we are telling truth and helpfull but Indian @ThreeUK customer services lying and looting us. I request to @ThreeUK please take action against them who trying to ruined three business.
Then I tried very hard I said I have recording and contract but they were making excuses always and saying your bill will be reduced but later sending text your bill is right Because they were playing game with me. Indian @ThreeUK customer services were playing Asian games.
Amazing service @ThreeUK I was due an iPad upgrade & less than an hour on live chat, we had everything done, choose new model, updated contract & had it sent out to me, The guy i had on chat was really quick & very helpful. So glad i switched to Three & cant wait for my new iPad

@ThreeUK It happens everywhere. I have had trouble in Huddersfield as well. Really not very good.
