@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

@ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

@ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK The signal is absolutely terrible. Trying to phone call in certain areas when it says decent coverage is a right chore. I like ID for how cheap it is, but sadly not Three mobile for the woeful signal

Hey @ThreeUK i use your three broadband 5g hub , the connection has gotten awful where it's been hitting only been 5-30 mbp and it's getting to the point i can't even load up a webpage .

@ThreeUK This is the worst network to use. Customer care what IT are all incompetent… you can’t believe I have contacted them more than 10 times on sale issue and they say they have resolved it only for the account to still remain blocked… making someone depressed for no reason.
