@ThreeUKSupport Trying to buy a phone. Constantly get a 'sorry that link doesn't work' message throught checkout and website. According to your 'customer service' it is because 3 having issues with website....if your unaware then that's a worry. Had been trying to checkout from 9.30 to 3

@ThreeUKSupport Then I got charged again yesterday and so the whole circus began again. Guy in shop couldn’t do anything - pointed me to phone you, phoned, guy said he’d sort it - then cut me off, phoned again - woman said she’d sort it - put me on hold for half an hour and never came back...

@ThreeUK Get rid of your fake adverts please! You promote fake prices, when you call to get the deal they always say oh woops sorry they can’t see this deal. Even when you click on the deal to direct you onto the website it comes out as a different deal. Poor service atm. Please fix.
