@ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

Thanks @ThreeUK; Yet another company only paying lip service to the Armed Forces Covenant, but not actually supporting service members. Will be recommending people avoid your service.

@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

@JohnTurner2021 @ThreeUK My 4G from Three has never been great. But of late it’s been noticeably below par in my neck of the woods.

@ThreeUKSupport So what exactly can you do as a support? I did speak with them over phone. The outcome of the call was unsatisfactory and I can't get through to someone who understands our situation and is willing to help. You bill us for a service we don't get and no one in Three cares to help.

@ThreeUK You should send the rewards to promised to people when takjng contracts. You will be reported to trading standards for misseling contract with fake offers. AVOID THIS COMPANY, IT IS ALL LIES TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS AS THEIR NETWORK IS THE WORSE

@ThreeUK you really need to get your act together. PAC code supplied on 28.06 and number still not ported. This is beyond belief & grossly incompetent. I would never recommend you to anyone

@KwamiAdadevoh @O2 I did it when EE Broadband was messing up. Enjoyed the @ThreeUK Sim only data Internet speed for 2 months before I started lamenting. Thank God I didn't cancel the EE deal. We use both now. No thanks to Openreach(story for another day)

@ThreeUKSupport Ah, okay, that makes sense. So if I order the 5g model and sim, will that future proof me for when 5g is available in my area, and will just run at 4g in the mean time, or is it locked at 5g and if no signal is found, you get nothing? Thanks for the help Jade.

@AirtimeRewards hello. I’m just about to delete the app because you don’t support @SMARTYMobileUK which is part of @ThreeUK. Disappointing as I have £11 sitting there I can’t access! What a waste
