Thanks @ThreeUK; Yet another company only paying lip service to the Armed Forces Covenant, but not actually supporting service members. Will be recommending people avoid your service.

@ThreeUK are there issues with services in scotland after powercuts? no phone signal in house now.

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What nobody at Three seems to understand is that the service *used* to be good till work on the local mast a week ago. The signal itself remains good - 4 bars out of 5. We have an external aerial mounted high with line-of-site to the mast. 1/2

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport To keep you up to date, "2nd level support" called me on Friday and it was probably the least effective support I have ever received from anyone. No explanation, no fix, just "try again in 2 days and if it's no better then you should cancel". 1/2

  • shimian Steve Read (@shimian) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. I'm currently in the USA, and my mobile doesn't want to connect while roaming. Roaming is enabled on my account when viewing in the three app, and roaming is enabled within my device settings. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated

  • Sammly Samuel Li (@Sammly) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you cannot lure in customers with a deal and ship them a broken item. £29 compensation is an insult when you advertise a fully functional 4k LG TV. I'll have no choice but to escalate this to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUK So I upgrade my phone with 3 early… Pay £180 for the upgrade privilege and my first months contract of £78… yet I don’t receive my new Handset till the 22nd December 2021… poor customer service by 3 considering I have been with them for 13 years!

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Anyway, since the service is now dire, and nobody at Three seems to be interested in fixing the problem that clearly Three created in the first place, then please tell me how to cancel this, and my mobile phone contract. 2/2

  • RickPahall Rick Roller (@RickPahall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport disappointed over the last few days. My data keeps dropping in speed dramatically or stops working at all, and the only way to resolve is to switch flight mode on and back off. I have to do this several times AN HOUR. Very disappointed customer.

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have tested the router, a spare myfi router, and my 3 phone, all get ~12Mbps down (used to be 20-40) and 1-2Mbps up (used to be 20-30). Testing my 3 phone near the mast gave same result. EE meanwhile gives me same speeds I used to get with Three. 2/2

When you want to leave an utterly disappointing & useless provider in @ThreeUK who either gave you a phone that doesent work or have terrible coverage, but you forget the effing notice period when you ask for your pac number 😡
