    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is 2 years long enough to FIX issues on the mast in my area you keep giving dates of when works to be completed, those dates come and go Each time I phone up I have to go through the BS of you accusing my phone being the issue I want a refund

    @Oli_Wilkinson @ThreeUK I feel your frustration - I ended switching mobile providers from @Vodaphone4 to EE because of poor customer service - not from individuals, or the SoMe comms pros, but a poorly thought out uncommunicative silo'd approach to the customer experience if there were problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport order a new iPhone 12, they lose the order, take money out my account, I cancel the order, they give me compensation, the phone arrives, they won’t take it back. 7 hours on calls and no progress !
