@ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

I have 2 phone contracts with @ThreeUK (sim card only & sim card + phone) and no phone! In your physical shops in London there is no customer service. I have made tons of phone calls but I am still waiting to receive the proof of usage + barring documents @ThreeUKSupport 2/4

Fair to say @ThreeUK network has completely shut down… home WiFi, data, phone calling… kaput… I’m tethering from another network to post this because evidently other three users can’t as they have as much ability as communicating from the moon right now…

@LStankevic5 @ThreeUKSupport I just got the 4G+ broadband 3 days ago as my landlord refuse to allow us to drill any fibre optic in the property. Been trying to get the best signal I could, put the router out at the window sill and only get 1 bar of signal. Network checker states good signal

@ThreeUK your website really needs upgrading to work smoothly. I log in, go to exclusive customer offers and get logged out. Choose phone, asks to log in to upgrade. Log in takes me back to account page. Merry go round. I just want to get a new phone. 🤷

Saw an advert that made me laugh. @ThreeUK the fastest network… yeah when it works. Instead use your @VodafoneUK hotspot on your phone instead.

I actually cannot wait for my contract to end with @ThreeUK they’re signal coverage is actually terrible. One phone three and the other 02 and i don’t see the sense in paying for a contract that never covers any network!
