@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUK I made the mistake of dealing with Three last year and bought a data sim. Had to cancel as the service would not work. I raised a complaint, went through ombudsman, case awarded in my favour. Still being chased - Three get your act together

@ThreeUKSupport Yea that's the problem, she can't log on as says number and password doesn't match and pressed to change password but didn't send email no matter how many times iv pressed it, we can't call 333 as won't connect is there anyway can check account for us?
