@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUK hang your heads in shame. You seem to be the only company where delivery is affected by covid. I am still getting next day delivery from anyone else. 1 month now my sisters kid has been waiting for her phone for Xmas. Untrained Foreigners on chat lying to her daily.

@ThreeUKSupport @adh_73 Sorry @ThreeUKSupport but that’s quite misleading. You can’t dial 999 if none of the networks have service. But, if for example you don’t have service on your network but another network covers the area then 999 calls will go through using that network.
