@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but I am on the Three chat support doing exactly that and the advisor is just making out that it's my WiFi enabled devices that are the problem. I've tested the speeds twice using two different devices and the problem remains... I will DM you though in hopes you fix it..

@ThreeUK I will be contacting Trading Standards about your mobile broadband. I've tested the MIFI using two different devices and still have very poor speeds and yet your advisors still insist the problem is not the broadband. I'm so disappointed...

@ThreeUK so my mam passed away in July. I rang up and informed you only to find you hadn’t bothered to cancel the contract and have carried on taking the money out of my dads bank account. Nice to see you aren’t refunding the money to an 84 year old pensioner. Thanks Three 👍
