@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport @RobertCecil2 Hello, it’s changed a bit with iOS 15, you have to now open settings, general, scroll down and select transfer or reset iPhone, select reset again and then select reset network settings from there. I’m not trying to be mean, just giving you the updated steps.
