@ThreeUK On the same week you receive an RPI price increase text... when you apparently have 4G signal and it won’t even load a Tik Tok video... not exactly the service you’d expect to receive from a 4G signal!

@ThreeUKSupport Probably three years ago, I’m there most weekends sometimes during the week. The same issue happens anywhere in London where there’s lots of people. I’ve reported this in the past as it’s been happening and nothing has been done

I'm gutted my disabled elderly dad has been charged £120 Feb £160 march for his @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone bill when for the past 2 yrs it's never cost more than £20 A month & he's had no joy with them waiting fr an itemised bill before I spend hours on the phone for refund

They actually care about customers and will do what they can to resolve your issue. The people on WebChat can’t do anything.
