    @ThreeUKSupport Please have the decency to read the feed properly before asking daft questions ... as I have already stated I never cancelled anything, I merely informed you that as of the 18/9 (the date my contract finished) I no longer wished to be use your services! Nothing more nothing less

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. Weโ€™ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I donโ€™t get it!

    @ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    @ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please

    One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? Youโ€™re basically just ripping people off.

    I use @ThreeUK in London, but the internet is practically non-existent... The signal is zero, the speed is terrible. This experience is truly unacceptable in 2026. ๐Ÿ™ƒ Am I the only one experiencing this problem? @ThreeUKSupport
