    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    @ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    @ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks but if you are experiencing these issues surely you could put something out there so your customers know instead of having to go to lengths to find this out. I tweeted yesterday and you only just got back to me and I’m still having the same problem how long b4 it’s fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport I received my new SIM card this week, ordered online and entered my PAC code to transfer my number. Nothing happened. I just spoke to one of your service reps who told me that PAC codes don’t work online. So I’ve been paying for 2 contracts because of your error.

    @ThreeUKSupport three has to be one of the most mismanaged incompetent service provider I have ever seen, ordered a phone, it’s already five days late, called everyday to get contradictory different reasons, only to hear now that they got my address wrong lmao.
