    @8CW @ThreeUKSupport Three seems to be under-resourced in the UK. Some industry insiders are surprised it works at all. At least it could make more of an effort to keep users updated during an outage.

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    Voice over WiFi is also down @ThreeUKSupport ....we understand nothing works all the time. But it might help if you put less effort into sales and marketing until the service is working. Will there be with any possibility of roaming with Vodafone?

    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUKSupport signal in chelmsford absolutely shocking. been without use of my phone for 2 hours. trying to work. ffs no internet nothing. what's the point in having a phone when only use on this network is wifi

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @ThreeUK sat on the phone for over half an hour trying to get an issue resolved … two staff later and still no resolution. Do your staff actually have any clue what they are doing?! Awful service, poor provider

    @ThreeUKSupport Well that doesn't help me needing to send texts? Just a bit irritating if I'm being honest as it's happening more and more and I'm paying a fair amount of money for a service that's unreliable. Thanks anyway for looking :)

    @AngeDrummond @ThreeUKSupport Repeatedly told Three Tech Mahindra India not to call a elderly relative as per the my3 opt out settings, but they don’t care about U.K. legislation or Ofcom regulation as they aren’t Three just a below par third party customer ‘care’ subcontractor, staff training is dismal.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I've been stuck on H+ since 5pm last night. Resetting, turning off and on data etc does nothing. Can you guys not increase the capacity of the local mast, as it's obviously got too many people using it. PS. Hate your guys generic replies for the last 3 years to any issues.

    @LoverSeani @ThreeUKSupport She said they contacted hr out blue saying Three,contacted her, telling her to get my email Ad to have one of my bills switched for my account to her. I’ve been with them along time and have never heard them doing unless your due for an upgrade.U think I’m being played?

    @ThreeUK Absolutely terrible customer service on chat. I've been discussing a potential upgrade and keep being pressured to opt for unlimited data at a higher cost when I don't need it. I'm happy with lower data, but three dont seem to care. I'm leaving three to a network that listens!
