    @ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

    Voice over WiFi is also down @ThreeUKSupport ....we understand nothing works all the time. But it might help if you put less effort into sales and marketing until the service is working. Will there be with any possibility of roaming with Vodafone?

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I know you've both been harping on about 2 networks are better than 1, but ever since the merger my signal has become worse in a lot of places. Used to get 5g on areas now get nothing

    Now in a @ThreeUK store and my issue still cannot be resolved. £854 paid upfront for an issue that wasn’t mine, and now asking for £154 more for an iPhone15 that I’ve had for 1.5 years. Been with @ThreeUK for 10+ years, this is absolutely shocking and no one in store can help?

    @ThreeUK absolute disgrace of a company! Been trying to process an upgrade for 2 weeks! Everyday we are told to wait 24 hours until the error is resolved and it never is! Can't wait to the contract ends and I can find a company that actually helps it's loyal customers!!

    Not at all impressed with @ThreeUK . Home broadband is down and apparently will be for 3 days due to maintenance work. Would have been nice to have been given some advance warning after spending an hour trying to re-set everything multiple times and then call in tech support.
