@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUK My phone exploded today in pocket but all your customer service operatives could do was say 'call Huawei'. No sympathy. No understanding. When my contract is up I will not be renewing. Very unhappy customer. Huawei btw were lovely. Your guys could learn a thing or two

@ThreeUKSupport This is the third day out of four with no service. If you can’t notify customers of ongoing technical issue then you have bigger problems than the technical one. You are useless. I want compensation.
