    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

    @Jimmyavenger @ThreeUK Like you, we've had awful service after the first 3 months. Constantly restarting the router, at least 4/5 times a day. We've had to disconnect our phones from the WiFi to help it along...

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an offer from ID mobile (which hangs off the three network) for half the price. Whilst not unlimited, it is 30GB of 5G enabled data, rolled over every month, which is more than what I use. Thanks for your response.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport, as stated earlier, have been facing lots of issues in internet since last week. I have Home broadband 4G HUB. I need to atleast switch off and switch on again twice a day to get internet. Please help. This is unacceptable service. Glasgow UK - G37BB.
