    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @punktycoon @ThreeUK This network is rapidly deteriorating since recently. I’d not recommend to anybody. It has pissed me off too much and I’m losing income because I can’t use my food delivery app with this rubbish network. Can’t even cover high streets. 👎🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s @SaraYerlett who is effected you are doing an network upgrade in the KA6 7pf area which was supposed to be finished at 6pm last night however all the internet went down again and service sadly @SaraYerlett has 3 wifi and phone service

    Today @ThreeUK sent me an email telling me if I didn’t sign up to a new contract within 30days they’d just cut me off. After over a decade of being a customer!!For the exact same package as I’m on now it would be double what I currently pay. So now on lookout for new simonly deal

    @ThreeUK So I had my phone stolen a while last month. So I started using a Three PAYG SIM I had, I registered it to the same email as my pay monthly SIM. Now if my pay monthly number has no signal or my phone is off, it now automatically diverts to the PAYG SIM. Why!???
