@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@ThreeUKSupport It used to be good. They did some work in the area and it’s been bad ever since. Have contacted customer services already who say now the service is less in the area. Outside is a bit better but not a great deal.

@ThreeUK I had to phone customer service because a “technical glitch” meant you didn’t send me the fund due on termination of contract. A word of advice: if you want me back then stop keep telling people to hang on while you process things - after 22 minutes I was furious.
