@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

@ThreeUKSupport I have. The option for cancelling assumes you want to cancel the number you're calling from. I can't call from the mifi sim, not least because its not me who uses it - I got it for my vulnerable sister who hasn't been able to use it much. She also damaged that mifi unit so...

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK , it would appear you told a lot of people (me included) that we would take delivery of the S21 Ultra today (26th). Customer service confirmed that still even yesterday. I still have no tracking and DPD say they have no parcel for me. Can you explain?
