    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

But they still charging me with the help of @ThreeUK to take money more than my settled direct debit with three company. Kindly tag the other customers so they won’t lose money or quit @three

    Got my @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport mobile broadband today and OMG how shit! It’s giving me speeds of 2mbs LOL! As if! 5 bars on the router and this speed. AVOID this company like the plague people, awful. God knows how they’re going to deliver 5G!

    @ThreeUK all I want to do is remove my damn name off a account that should have been removed off of 5+ years ago and is now killed my credit score but all I’m getting is the run around as soon as I get this sorted I’m cancelling all of my contracts with three it’s actually a joke

    So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK A phone has been taken out on my family account fraudulently. For the last week nothing has been done about this. I keep getting put through to random call centres offshore who aren’t dealing with the issue, instead I am being asked the same questions repeatedly.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've had an intermittent issue with receiving calls on my handset for months. and I am getting absolutely no where with customer services. almost £60 is due to come out of my bank on Monday for a phone that doesn't receive calls as it should.

    @ThreeUKSupport to speak to your agent She just rejected me, said you have no managers available & it takes 3 days for them to look at issues She asked me to send an email for 3 day turnaround - I don't have the email for the account anymore I have 6 numbers with you & phoned from one of them

    @ThreeUK you have barred my wife's work phone so she can't use it for no reason I don't have a password so you insist I send an email from an email you won't recognise It will take you 3 days to get back We have not active phone & are paying for it Appalling how do I cancel?
