    @ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

    It’s a good job @ThreeUKSupport’s coverage in East London is so bad recently. It’s stopped me watching that Dominic Raab clip on Breakfast this morning. If I’d watched anymore I would have probably launched my phone down this train carriage!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's mobile broadband and has a good password normally don't have a problem and the download speed is very slow have complained a number of times yet some how its run out

    @ThreeUKSupport London has always been busy but I've only had issues in the last 6 months. And the signal does not improve when I move around different areas in London either

    FFS @ThreeUK, lose the multiple CAPTCHAs on signing in to a/c. It's a PITA, and discriminatory. Just NoCAPTCHA it, or email/SMS 2FA, or require me to harm a human or, through inaction, allow a human to come to harm. I don't care. Just lose the CAPTCHA, or lose a customer.

    My freind who is not on Twitter asked me to mention to @ThreeUK his experience with their customer service platform. There was a promise to pay date mix up as I understand and his line was disconnected, he was being paid in a few days and asked to pay 50/50 to open his line….

    @ThreeUK Having a weird problem when dialling UK numbers (I'm currently abroad). It's connecting to a wrong number, who appears to be able to hear a different conversation than the one I'm having with them.
