    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    I am a @ThreeUK user and I need to say this, Three has a **** website, keeps showing you login screen as you visit home page and click on My3 link, bloody doesn’t remember that you are already logged in. Wasn’t expecting from such a big brand, very disappointing

    @ThreeUKSupport Speed won't go above 30 mpbs but with ping at 984 I literally can't do anything with it. As I say tested on multiple routers and friends all getting 800 mbps down on same connection.

    @ThreeUKSupport went in store on Tuesday as had issue with my phone,reckoned it might be sim so arranged for new one with same number. Still waiting for sim but now unless inside and connected to WiFi phone not much use. Why stop sim if replacement not here?

    @ThreeUKSupport Why issue a reference number if you cannot use it to locate, track or check up on an outstanding order? That's like giving someone monopoly money as change...absolutely pointless. I placed an order on 21 Nov, was told I get a call which didn't happen, so I called today...

    @ThreeUKSupport The old Sim only shows as being able to make emergency calls. Had an email saying 3-5 days and a tracking number. However, it doesn't say who is delivering the sim so am unable to track it

    @ThreeUKSupport. Thee Internet service sucks in London and Home Counties. Thee online signal check states repair work on the mast? 5 post codes checked, all the same default status. Worst mobile provider by a mile! Just go once and check signal status
