@ThreeUK It’s a shame I’ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

@ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Service resumed yesterday evening and I'm getting calls and texts again, thanks. Other infrastructure companies (water, broadband etc) put an estimate on the status page of their website of how long they expect engineering works to take - maybe you could introduce that as well?

@addicted2newz @ThreeUKSupport Took me months to get an issue resolved. I went to Ofcom for a resolution. Currently trying to get reimbursement for a dormant account they’ve been charging me for for 5 years. My point being that they made NO attempt to contact me over this period -just kept taking the money.
