@ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

@ThreeUKSupport Good afternoon, I bought a 5G router 2 months ago and have been very pleased with it enjoying 60 -70 mbps. Yesterday it dropped to 2 - 3 mbps which is no use to me at all. Is there a short term problem? My postcode is NP15 1EF. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport there appears to be a fault with your 5G broadband in SE13 area. The service is constantly going down every 5 minutes. Can someone look into this.
