    @ThreeUKSupport - DOZENS of hours attempting to have this resolved. I do not have unlimited time to waste because Three is incapable of following up on a complaint appropriately, or to mail one single SIM card. This is genuinely ridiculous. The hurdles to jump through just to get to ask -

    @ThreeUKSupport Webchat yesterday fix by 4 Feb. Just received calls from 2nd & 3rd line support, after getting me to swap settings in box, then checking their coverage, then confirming problem (told of yesterday) then told 5 March new fix date. 3 masts at 15km, 12km & 8km all down for a month?
