    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve got no signal at CM36EJ & I’ve checked on your website & it says the site is currently being upgraded, does this mean I’ll finally have 4G. Also, what timeframe can I expect before I get signal again?

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    @manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

    @ThreeUKSupport It used to be good. They did some work in the area and it’s been bad ever since. Have contacted customer services already who say now the service is less in the area. Outside is a bit better but not a great deal.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

    @ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
