    @ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

    @ThreeUKSupport It's mobile broadband and has a good password normally don't have a problem and the download speed is very slow have complained a number of times yet some how its run out

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    Fuming with @ThreeUK right now. Been on hold/passed around for 1 hour and 40 mins so far and still counting...Shocking customer service. Clearly, being a loyal customer with 4 contracts doesn't make much of a difference 🤬😠 #three #ThingsWeShouldCancel

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone won’t make or receive calls. Neither will my son’s or sisters phone - all with three - is there an issue please? I’m in SS2 and they are in SS9 postcodes.

    @ThreeUKSupport It used to be good. They did some work in the area and it’s been bad ever since. Have contacted customer services already who say now the service is less in the area. Outside is a bit better but not a great deal.

    @ThreeUKSupport ME4, 4hy. It’s like being at a festival with full signal but no data . It’s been like this for years and I need to get engineers to actually go there and test it

    @manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

    As an existing customer @ThreeUK you are a disgrace! Finding out you been charging me £15 plus per month for 11 years for broadband! Yes my fault but could u not see it not been used and have the courtesy to contact me considering I have my mobile with you? Thieving !!!!

    I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out

    Spent 10 days in Barbados with full signal, less than 24hrs back in the UK and i can barely hold a conversation. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Getting worse and worse.
