@noodlemaz @ThreeUK We gave up on Three and moved to O2 recently after endless problems with their London signal and a series of full outages around home. We'd both been with them for years. Support tried to blame my phone but eventually relented and let me off what was left of my contract.

@ThreeUKSupport I called and pressed options to get through to cancellations and it told me it was out of hours and you’re closed. Your I then tried another option and got the same. In the end I called back and selected option 4 and the opt for customer service and ended up waiting 40 minutes.
