    @ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

    @ThreeUKSupport It used to be good. They did some work in the area and it’s been bad ever since. Have contacted customer services already who say now the service is less in the area. Outside is a bit better but not a great deal.

    @ThreeUKSupport It has been going on for 3 weeks. Business team gave me a date for the mast fix but hasn't happened. I need this fixed. At least a date to fix. I will not leave this issue. I can only escalate it

    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    fed up with having to fight for every fair deal with any utility @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. I call trying to get a match against a competitor + get told "best offer" is still 100 more than comp. Guy on phone says he doesn't think I'll leave because i've been a customer for so long

    @ThreeUK my contract cancelled without my knowledge and I was given a PAC I didn’t request. I went on live chat and asked for help, they sent me a new sim and said I could keep my number and I wouldn’t get charged cancellation but I’ve had a letter saying that I am being charged?
