    @ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    Took a chance getting a #three contract. Never again! @ThreeUK advisors all do the same things and expect different results. All while I’m £120 out of pocket. And you offer me one months half price line rental as compensation. #offended

    @ThreeUK I had a painful lengthy convo with your customer service at the end of my contract where I specifically asked and was told I was not subject to an early termination fee. Guess what? I’m not paying the £41.57 you now say I owe. Utterly ridiculous.
