Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

But it might help if you put less effort into sales and marketing until the service is working. Will there be with any possibility of roaming with Vodafone?

When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear
