    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    Update. I wasted 37 minutes with Peter. Refuses to honour what his colleague offered yesterday and just offered the same, grindingly slow questions and responses. I think @ThreeUK is an awful company

    On the positive side the @ThreeUK rep who spoke to me was WFH (from an offshore Call Centre) and looking after his baby and emptying the dishwasher while talking to me. Even though they have awful mobile WiFi you’ve got to give @ThreeUK diversity and multitasking kudos

    Well @ThreeUK had the approach of my phone being the culprit for non-existing 4G coverage in Henley. Reboot. Re-set-up. Start again .... Today I inserted my @e_emobile sim and enjoyed instant 60mbps speed. Same phone. Same place. Decent network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Through a lengthy and horrendous process that involved the ombudsman. I dont want this to become an issue. My dealings with 3 gave me panic attacks it was so awful. I just dont want to have my CR effected or be contacted by 3.
