@ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

@ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

@ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

@TheManW1thNoTan @ThreeUK Other networks had issues too. It’s stock issues they aren’t getting enough supply. I Pre Ordered on 17 was told would get it on 24 on that day it changed to within 2 weeks.

@ThreeUKSupport since signing up to 4G home broadband a couple of months ago, I find that I’m having to reset the router a few times a day after speeds inexplicably drop down to KBs/sec or even stops altogether. Really struggling with speeds today despite having reset the router.
