@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

@ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

@ThreeUKSupport Im in the UK and the content filter issue started happening over the weekend So I tried logging into my account to turn it back off but I can't, tried on my phone and 2 different laptops If I use WiFi then it's fine but the Internet in my house is rubbish so I don't use it.

@ThreeUK one click for a data add-on for one month when you run short. But you can’t cancel the auto renewal without ringing - but no one answers. No option to add data without auto renew. Essentially dishonest practice. @OFTgov should investigate you.
