    @ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you β€œchoose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Everywhere. Even places say I have full signal and 4G and my internet just does not work or is terribly slow

    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge Β£46+ and Β£65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I eventually managed to get my contract cancelled but I shouldn't have had to ask numerous times. I was a long time customer and the entire situation was so frustrating.

    @ThreeUKSupport No advice really, wouldn't help me because I have an outstanding balance due to financial problems, tried to pay some off but would only take full amount and when I said my charging cable for my phone is already broken and gave me a shock from an exposed wire and

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I renewed my contract to a 24month one in Feb. So it is not an upgrade nor a new customer. Thus I am not sure how to interpret the roaming text. I suggest this info should be more clear in acct info

    After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work
