@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

@ThreeUK Hello, Why would someone spend 11 minutes talking to your customer service? The purchase problem was solved in 5 seconds and I’ve spent 10:55 minutes hearing offers and the “call brief”seriously!! It’s 2021 you will keep a customer by keeping their time.

Absolutely shocking service from @ThreeUKSupport requested a replacement sim on 27th October and still waiting. Chased today to be told there was some error and it had been cancelled. Requested sim 3 times now, unable to use the service and will probably still want the bill paid!

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I have Three 5G WiFi. Router is by the balcony window/door. Was getting perfect 5G signal with door closed until few days ago, but now, lose 5G when door is closed. Had this issue before and was told a transmitter was down. Is that the case again?

Just had some fun on Live Chat with @ThreeUK it seems they truly don't care when a customer of over 10 years wants to cancel, they tried the usual "deals" A new customer can get a £100 Amazon voucher to join. Yet they can't offer these for old customers to stay!! GOODBYE!!
