    @ThreeUK Good morning. I wonder if you can help us please. We get Three SIM cards from an authorised distributor. This morning, we find that we can't top up these SIMs as the automated line needs a number the potential customer is calling from, which isn't on the pack?

    @ThreeUK Do NOT switch to Three Business. I made the mistake of switching in January and six months later the billing is still not correct and does not agree with the appalling @SalesforceUK customer portal. Do NOT switch to Three Business.

    @ThreeUK Should never have taken the no additional cost "feel at home" away from the advanced plans. That's the sole reason I'll be looking elsewhere once up for renewal.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've now cancelled & left you after 10 yrs. For what it's worth I'd suggest an overhaul of customer services is required or you're going to lose customers hand over fist. Sad that a once excellent company is now so poor. Thank you for 9 years of excellent service before this.
