    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ThreeUKSupport Three is blocking all calls to a number I asked for a network switch and blaming the recipient operator. Whoever did the switch operation did not complete the routing. +2 week blackholing calls originated from Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Cancel a rolling contract for a sim that's not been in use for 4 months. My old phone from 2010. Posted about it on Facebook and 3 of my friends asked if it was three by any chance as they've had similar experience. Still don't know if I was successful today

    Also really disappointed the @ThreeUK doesn't have a bereavement team to manage sensitive situations. Honestly, in a whole 2021, they are still outsourcing customer service with no training on what bereavement procedures and policies should be with people's information.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Told last Monday 1st of February that the mast repairs would be complete and told we would have speeds like never before! Very true, speeds worse 1mbs!!!!!! In all 4 mobile phone sims and our broadband router sim, calls and text working, data is the problem, unacceptable!!!!!

    @ThreeUK so you called me to offer me an iPad Pro? Then said I could have it as an add-on to my current contract then declined me it because of a failed credit check yet you said that wouldn’t be a problem....

    @ThreeUKSupport It always says try later,I just got off a live-chat and was offered no solution.was told to contact manufacturers of my phone. The network is slow in all my handsets.

    @ThreeUK hi team. I need some help on where to go. I have 3 contacts with you. Mine and 2 more in pay for. It seems impossible for me to manage all three on 3 easily other than using 3 separate handsets or logging in and out? Is there a better way as 1 contact has come to end

    @ThreeUKSupport @rhianna_joseph We tried getting this resolved the support team said it was our fault and hung up multiple times. Also put us on pay as you go for some reason but still charging us for 4 contracts we don’t want pay as you go we want this resolved. Three has taken roughly £200+ that shouldn’t of
