They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear

SG (@Saurav) reported@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely awful service. Signed a new contract and your bill has come for triple the amount. I've been told by your agent he will fix the bill, over a month later nothing! Now he is ignoring all emails. And one of my lines is facing connectivity issues! AWFUL!
