@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I'm eagerly awaiting eSim support, so that I can use my personal sim on my iPhone and then my work sim as the physical. Switched from a OnePlus 8 Pro a while ago, not realising that eSim still wasn't available on three. If there's any way to help test this out, i'm in.

  • DB10007 G (@DB10007) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, you're already reviewing for me on my account and have come up with no issues locally. Technical support informed me it was an issue with my 'phone (Android) despite me telling them my wife and son who use iPhone have the exact same issues!

  • ThomasAWJones Thomas Jones (@ThomasAWJones) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have a link? When I Google it, it just redirects me to the My3 app and the problem still persists.

  • citytravelmary Mary (@citytravelmary) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It got it in me now I’ve wasted three hours I don’t know how chat can help do me and you can ring me on my three mobile

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. It's E15 1DE. My phone is an iPhone 12 Pro. However, I've experienced this with various Samsung Galaxy, Sony Xperia, and HTC phones. My partner (also iPhone 12 Pro) experiences the same problem.

@O2 @EE @ThreeUK can I ask why myself, friends and colleagues, who all use you have had their signal reduced to 1 bar over the last 12 months in the ch43 area?

  • ScarredNtScared Michelle Elman (@ScarredNtScared) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I have spent 20 minutes on the phone only to be told to go to the live chat and then spent an hour on live chat with no help other than repeating copy-and-paste messages and not giving me a reason for the suspension

  • GriffLemon Griff (@GriffLemon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Laura. Thankfully in my case it's just an automated sales number and nothing malicious. It would definitely suck if it was malicious and I had abusive messages being left all the time. Is there any way you could refer this as an issue to be addressed in future?

  • Mike1878_ Michael🇵🇸 (@Mike1878_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had any service for about 18 hours, any reason why? No bars.
