@ThreeUKSupport Going back to the mast work. There is no 4G signal at all in that area, just a weak to non-existen 3G one. When the work is complete will there be a 4G signal in the area ?

@ThreeUK just been informed by my bank that the direct debit tomorrow will be £31.81 and not what my complaint settlement agreed on to cut the bill by 50%. This will be put through to be monitored by ofcom and and ombudsman is going to have to settle this. unacceptable.

@donnyc1975 I went on a business trip and @ThreeUKSupport dropped my sim card, can't even connect to the network anymore. Can't stress enough why we build anything important on phone number authentication. I assume buying eSIM data plans (and using Skype or WhatsApp) will be the option.

@ThreeUKSupport It isn’t right. It is really poor. You have apologised and said you’d refund the charges made in error after the account was closed (which were paid in an attempt to stop the endless calls) but mysteriously still getting calls from you claiming money is owed.
