    Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

    @ThreeUKSupport I was looking for help to get her address updated and then move to cheaper payg without data / roaming etc. & Maybe 8 years refund on that unnecessary tariff! Lines open 8am-8pm but called at 1830 and told lines closed, then call cut off. Tried twice. 0800 # doesn’t work either.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a positive over balance of £85 so I’d assumed that’s been used over the months until it ran out & made me go negative… I would have at least liked a pre warning of neg bal before my credit score got damaged with “missed payments” which I’ve never had in my credit history

    Been a @ThreeUK customer for 10yrs. I’m on account as wife originally had this phone. Drove 10 mile to shop to upgrade to be told they can’t speak to me because I’m not first name on account! But if I ring they can speak to me? 10 years…. It won’t be 11! Hello @VodafoneUK 👋🏻
