Hannah (@HannahF_24) reported@ThreeUK Hi, I’ve changed phones from an iPhone 16 to an iPhone 17 pro max, I’m sim only with you but my calls and texts aren’t working, and any sent to me are going to the old phone still? & when WiFi is turned off I have no signal at all, is this a sim issue?
