    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand that is something that happens. However, what I can’t understand is: in a severe lockdown, working from home, living alone in the uk, with the borders closed, Three decides that they want to update a system that was working, a system I relly entirely on. And no fix.

    @ThreeUKSupport need to complain about ur sales assistant who was rude to me after i said i am not interested in the broaaband deal and he suddenly he pretended he couldnot hear me 🙄..btw i am a three customer but he didnot call back loll like thet usually do after a cut call..

    @ThreeUK I'm trying to redeem the Samsung offer having purchased the S21 Ultra. I placed my order on 27th Jan but the paperwork I've received shows the order date as 29th Jan, which is after the offer ended. Can you please help me?

    @Tom68321033 @ThreeUKSupport Exactly this. I applied for a new contract and to have my number ported; since told they can't port numbers on the same network so they've set up 2 accounts. FFS!

    @ThreeUK shocking customer service, constant fobbing off, delaying tactics used. Have now taken decision to cancel ALL my contracts once they have reached full term. Customer service training required in call centre!

    @ThreeUKSupport the numbers ringing us are three networks. I've had a Cambridge nail salon call me saying my phone contract will be terminated if I don't pick up ? But it's a robotic voice. Multiple calls today!! Wtf is going on!!
