Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

@ThreeUK any chance at all you can sort your network out please. It’s not great I have to tether my 3 mobile to my work EE phone just so I can receive calls and texts. And access the internet. It’s been like this for weeks. So please fix it. Thank you.

Never had such bad customer service as I have with @ThreeUK. Placed an order for a wifi contract online and they used the wrong address for delivery, called up to cancel it (less than 24 hours after placing the order) and the advisor didn’t bother to cancel.

Hey @ThreeUK, I think one of your reps just called me. They confirmed my name and the end of my phone number, then asked ME to confirm my postcode and date of birth I *suspect* they were legit, but I did not give these details, because this is a terrible security practice

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I made a manual payment last week and the direct debit got taken yesterday. The guy on the phone today told me that as I've got some extra charges on next month's bill the money's been taken off that and he can't issue me with a refund.
