@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been waiting a month for my upgrade, it keeps being pushed back then yesterday was supposed to be my delivery date but received no despatch email. Kept being lied to that it was on the way and would be delivered which never happened. It’s actually ridiculous I’m so fed up

@ThreeUKSupport Yes i have iphone 12. No problems about 10 days ago, 400mb download. Last 10 days, no 5g whatsoever. Also bough 5g broadband with 3 and even that doesnt connect to 5g. Must be something happening in this area?

@ThreeUKSupport 4G is in and out all the time. 3G seems more common, either signal will barely touch 0.5MB, and this is only a recent case, rest of this year has been fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Just FYI I'm now chatting to them for updates, and they're *now* trying to tell me that the free 1st month that was offered to me yesterday was never actually offered to me, so in addition to your total failure to deliver yesterday, you're now calling me a liar. lol top work 👍🏻
