Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest I was using your service under a tree when all of a sudden i felt something being thrown on my head,i looked up and saw squirrels,they threw nuts on my head, i asked them why and they replied in squirrel language that’s it’s because I’m using such a finished network. @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have still not received confirmation that Three received the modem I sent two weeks ago. Sadly I’m not surprised as I’ve had nothing but problems since I stupidly decided to join Three. I’d also like my money refunded that was taken out of my account after I cancelled.

@ispreview @ThreeUK No they’re in watch app only, I couldn’t break them out. Very short. 3G/4G only, usage from phone plan, won’t work abroad, 1 month rolling, isn’t guaranteed to work everywhere there’s signal, then a huge section on you need a compatible phone and watch.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I have a ZTEMC801A and when this is on 5g it is brilliant. I have tired a 5g Antenna but I think the Antenna ports have been disabled with the recent B09 update. Could you confirm? I need the Antenna to get a consistent 5g service.

At least this way I can feel marginally better, knowing nothing I do will have any impact on the horrific level of service big profiteering companies provide on a daily basis.
