    @Lisa22899569 @ThreeUK Yep same issue here for my daughter and anyone else there on 3 mobile. Everyone on other networks no problem at all. It was the same last year so they’ve had plenty of time to sort it out. My daughter will be leaving 3 mobile after this. Useless!

    Don’t join @ThreeUK been a customer 8 years and they’re telling me a new customer will get a better deal £12 a month while I pay £25 a month for a the (same) sim only contract like the sim comes with superpowers or something. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
