I need help for all you techy guys out there. I moved into a new house recently. I have no phone signal at all as it’s heavily insulated. I purchased a @ThreeUK WiFi dongle and it doesn’t work as can’t get signal in here. Any ideas? Most mobile networks don’t do signal boosters!

@mrsbadge22 @ThreeUK It’s terrible, how can they sell a product unfit for purpose. Your also not covered the same as with a regulated broadband provider as they have limited time to fix that for you...

@ChloeLouHull @ThreeUKSupport DD details can't be set up wrong. If they are wrong, it's not possible to be set up at all. So that's on you. You cannot be promised or guaranteed a signal anywhere. If there's no signal in an area, there's no signal. It cannot magically fix itself.
