    @ThreeUKSupport I was also told weeks ago that I would have £35 off my next bill because I haven’t been able to use my sim while waiting for the upgrade. Was told it would be automatically taken off my next bill and that never happened.

    @ThreeUKSupport Another 1 & 1/2 hours on live chat this morning; the first person advised there was an issue with delivery and the handset was being returned to the depot. He put me through to sales to re-order the phone. Second person told me non delivery was Covid related...

    @ThreeUKSupport Google pixel 5, bought the phone outright. Apparently it's a glitch so you have to cancel my order and give me a refund...but then want me to pay the full price and not the price I had already paid....I had already got an order number, and you took payment.

    @ThreeUK waited for over an hour yesterday for customer services... Got cut off not once, not twice, but 3 times!!! Are you going to resolve my issue or am I going to have to find another provider?

    @ThreeUK never meant a company like it 7 years I’ve had a contract with yous and today yous cant even put me through to the correct people to help me, absolutely shocking no one I spoke to,spoke bloody English i want my contract cut and you’ll never receive another penny from me!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes i have iphone 12. No problems about 10 days ago, 400mb download. Last 10 days, no 5g whatsoever. Also bough 5g broadband with 3 and even that doesnt connect to 5g. Must be something happening in this area?
