@ThreeUKSupport We want to cancel (within 14 days) We call and we get put on hold and then get cut off And then we get passed about And when we press an option on the phone it just goes back to the menu Been in store and they haven't helped, as it was an Internet order

@ThreeUK Left a bad review on Trustpilot and was told it was harsh by Three - but guess what a day after I was promised issues would be sorted within 2 hours - they still aren't 24 hours later. Hang your heads in shame - your service is appalling!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Cancelled with one of your agents, unfortunately because I had two contracts with you it never occurred to me that it wasn’t done and cancelled like requested Chris. I shouldn’t have to “notice” when a request has been made.

So spent 2 days trying to talk to @ThreeUKSupport .. had to get my husband to call from his contract phone, and because they have messed up and don’t understand what’s going on they just put the phone down on you or disconnect the chat!

@ThreeUK when you’ve been told that your delivery has been signed by one but you’ve not got it and promised a call by 48 hours then you’ve been told to wait another 48hours & now they won’t let me cancel my contract free me from 3 please !!
