    @ThreeUK you are a joke, signed to unlimited data, but it should say inaccessible data, called your centre got passed round four different 'technicians' then got disconnected. If we all cancelled our DD's im sure there would be no problem you answering our calls! @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport Having problems logging into my account. Your website and the app are rejecting a correct password and when I try to change it I get an authentication error. Am now locked out of the website. Great.

    why on earth does @ThreeUK require a PIN to listen to voicemails?! i had to create a PIN and then forgot it and it’s causing me so many issues just to listen to my voicemail lol why???

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to contact your customer services to no avail. Your chat function is useless, I have DM’d you on here also with no response. All the while I’m incurring charges that are not my fault. Incredibly poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can access my account online, np, but I don't have any mention to "London Underground" (as it's mentioned in your Youtube Video about the WiFi). And I can't use my ID at the tube stations when I want to register to access the network. What should I do?
