@ThreeUK no doubt you have been the best network I’ve been on for years, but I’ve had next to no signal for the past Three days and I’m fuming!

@ThreeUKSupport The link to this webchat isn’t working, I need to follow up from receiving a signal box that hasn’t improved anything.

@ThreeUKSupport "Great benefits" which include.... charging me more for less? If you genuinely appreciated customer loyalty you wouldn't do this.

@ThreeUK If your customer service agent can see I cancelled 18 months ago, and you’ve still been charging me since. Why exactly am I waiting for a call sometime tomorrow, and not being refunded right away? #MyTimeIsValuableToo

@ThreeUKSupport my service has been dire since Friday can you tell what what’s happening?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but it would have been better and reasonable if Three had gone about such in a friendlier manner. Calling Three is never a quick or pleasant experience so I’ll request a PAC code and take my business elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport I had 1 bar for over 3 miles of travel through a major city. I was on a call and it kept breaking up, so I had to call back when I got home where I have wifi calling. Tbh I’m considering leaving. The network coverage is terrible where I live.
