@ThreeUKSupport I ended one of my Three contracts on August 7th, but never received a final bill in the post, and of course no longer have access to the account through the app. I'm aware you don't automatically refund any money due, so how can I check how much I'm owed back?

@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm still waiting for someone to call me regarding this outage. I've spoken to two or three 2nd line tech support over past weels, but sounds like they're not really able to investigate this further either but need to escalate it to the network team who can't see anything.
