@ThreeUKSupport we are experiencing terrible service and have done so for some time now. Calls constantly dropping out and terrible interference on the line. It is becoming intolerable. It’s not just me but at least 2 other three customers in the area.

@scoobs57 @ThreeUKSupport We tried but for some reason couldn’t get a eSim, they couldn’t help us today because hubby couldn’t remember password from about 10 years ago, when we took out the contract for him as a kid. Surely there are other security questions they could ask 🤨
