    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK I live in York YO31 7EJ. My signal has all but vanished. Smarty support says work is going on on the mast. I’ve been on a very week signal for 10 days now. Can you tell me what kind of mast work takes this long?

    Been with EE for like 10 years now not sure when it happened but they’ve become the most expensive network now, £98 a month with £330 upfront for iPhone 14 pro max, can get the same deal from @ThreeUK for £69 with £80 upfront.

    @ThreeUKSupport I took out a contract in store with a phone on pre order. I now want to change or cancel the contract but I’ve been told I can only do this in the same store as I took it out! I wish I’d been told that, it’s not local, I presumed I’d be able to go into any store!

    @TUIUK along with @ThreeUK cutting their mobiles off u are disgusting not updating my parents on accommodation in the middle of a hurricane when their flight has been cancelled in their70s!They cannot call because of 3 & u dont answer when they manage!Both worst customer service!
