@PositivelyHani @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Worst network provider for mobile phones so would hate to think what their broadband bundles are like. Didn’t have signal on my phone in my area higher than 1 bar and they said the signal is fine. Then proceeded to try increasing my monthly cost. Cancelled direct debit and left.

@ominologist @ThreeUK I always used to recommend "3" to anyone who asked or who I thought might like their roaming packages. But not anymore. Customer service has gone and it's been pure profit and To Hell with the customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Customer Service reps say they'll reimburse me and will stop the fee from being added to my monthly bill. Hasn't happened. I'm going to change networks once my contract is done. I've had enough of @ThreeUK
