@ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

This morning I learnt that @ThreeUK customer service is horrendous. I recently made a complaint and they tricked me into accepting £20 compensation to close my complaint. I accepted yet they now refuse to pay…. @Ofcom

@ThreeUK your service for vulnerable customers is shockingly bad 😡 My mother is 88 with v poor hearing, temporarily in a care home as had surgery & then caught covid She noticed her a/c has been hacked but no one is solving this issue
