    @ThreeUK can anyone advice me I have an HUAWEI cube wifi through 3. It’s stopped working. Says certificate is corrupt and the network is stopping encrypted info coming through. HELP

    @ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

    @ThreeUK yet again your network went down in the bt54 area during the week, wednesday 13th may, why? At a time when i most needed a signal due to a relative in hosp, you let me down yet again! Your network, customer service and attitude are awful! When is the next outage?
