    @ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have my new phone after all the trouble I went through. I inserted my SIM card however it says I don’t have any allowances. I got this on contract and I’m pretty sure I settled up a data plan for 1GB a month. What should I do?

    @ThreeUK Why every morning is my WiFi unable to connect to the Internet. Past 3 days it says connected no Internet? I work from home and a Teams meeting without Internet is impossible. Not good enough, if it continues I will cancel all my contracts.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply, I'm paying for unlimited and don't have much success at 4g. Will try 3g but don't think that's the answer I'm looking for. Will be asking in the area what providers are best to use. Clearly three are having trouble.
