  @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

  @ThreeUKSupport I’m outraged you are calling bailiffs in. I have had dd with you 20 years. Why it is not active I do not know. Locked out of account. No one speaking with me. Appalling customer service on helping me resolve this. Angry, frustrated and anxious.

  @ThreeUKSupport The add on is a monthly payment of 15 but this month they're charging me twice for it? I dont want to cancel it as I want it but I only need it once on my bill and not twice
