    @ThreeUKSupport What I like is be able to leave without paying for an extra month becuase on the trouble I had. Your agent wasn't very responsive in trying to help says no one can do anything since it's his department that makes the decision.

    @ThreeUKSupport Will I be able to cancel an order if I ring in the morning. I have paid a deposit for an iPad on pay monthly. The money has been taken for the deposit (not the upfront cost) and the email says 3 will call me to confirm a few details? Would I be able to cancel?1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I know exactly what it is thank you. To be a trustworthy service provider you should require at least an outgoing text message to the offending service before charging obscene amounts for your customers for simply RECEIVING text messages.

    @ThreeUK Shocked at the level of customer service Three provide. I have been trying to cancel a contract I only just took out and they have evaded and lied to me every step of the way. Still awaiting email confirmation it's been cancelled. Feels like i'm being scammed.

    Been on the phone to @ThreeUKSupport for over 40 minutes. I have full bars on my service, but the call kept dropping out so I couldn't hear the support person, and now the call has ended. Fantastic.

    Do not ever use #ThreeUK this company are disgusting and treat their customers in the most disgusting way . Cannot even deal with complaints properly . ( they juat ignore u ) I want as many people to know how awful 3 is . DO NOT EVER USE !!!!
